Super campsite to unwind. Friendly service. Everything super hygienic. Well cared for breakfast. Yoga and meditation was a pleasant start to the day.

A truly incomparable experience. The main flaw is that they know they're unique and have very restrictive and questionable regulations.

We were at the Valamar Lanterna campsite with our caravan at the beginning of August 2025. We had a pitch in zone B, almost in the center of the campsite. The pitch was big enough. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The sanitary building was kept clean all day and was clean. Garbage was collected every morning. We noticed this every morning because we had the garbage place in front of the door. Here, of course, many guests are too ...... to check whether other garbage bins are empty. Then it's better to throw it in front of.... Of course, cleanliness always depends on the guests and how they behave. Unfortunately, there are pigs everywhere. What we noticed very negatively and why we won't be booking this site again is the volume of traffic. 20km/h is permitted on the site, only very few people are able to read!!!! Children in the back seats and accelerate first, according to the motto: "What do I care about others?". Our daughter loves cycling, but was afraid to ride. What is also a disaster are these e-scooters. They should be banned! They show no consideration for pedestrians. Almost got hit by a car myself...... 90% of the problems are only caused by the visitors.... The campsite is huge and laid out on a slope. For people with disabilities, a very sweaty affair (daughter currently in a wheelchair). There are shops in every corner. The bread rolls at the "bakery" taste good (for frozen goods), but they should be gold-plated at the prices. However, there are plenty of shops near the campsite (approx. 2 km away) where the prices are not exorbitant (T€uro inflation Croatia excluded of course). The pool area is nice and clean but unfortunately totally overcrowded. At some pools the water smelled a bit musty. Here too, of course, almost no consideration for small children. The sandy beach was of course also totally overcrowded, but we didn't mind as we don't like sandy beaches that much. At 11pm on the dot, the music on the plaza was over. Until well into the night, loud teenagers and adults were still stifling across the square. The site manager should make use of his domiciliary rights here. What should also be mentioned, of course, are the prices of additional services (sunbeds, parasols, washing machine etc.). These are of course excessive. Everything that has to do with children is of course subject to the children's surcharge. The prices and which things are meant have already been mentioned here several times (bouncy castle, trampolines, etc.). We had a great vacation, but we won't be going to this place again.

Fine campground with spacious sites and lots of greenery. Plumbing is reasonable, few showers and toilets were not very clean. It was also quite noisy in the evening.

The campground is fine, although it is geared toward the active crowd. The natural surroundings are great. True, there is no pool at the campground, but the lake can be reached on foot in five minutes (or less), which is fine. We noticed that more attention was paid to the showers after the comments about mold. For us, it was mostly a zen campground. We will go back next year for two weeks instead of one week.

We had a very nice vacation at Hu Albatros. We were on a spacious camping pitch and nice and close to all the facilities. On arrival it was not quite clear that we had to take a ticket to wait for the reception. Then we were nicely taken to our place. It is a busy campsite with lots of mobile homes. But at your own accommodation the crowds are not too bad. The point near the pool/supermarket is very busy and cluttered if you want to drive past it by car, walkways might be a solution. Several swimming pools and plenty of light beds and umbrellas. The microphone could be a little softer, the One. Two, Three can be clearly heard....also at the caravan. Beach is within walking distance, if you walk well you are from the reception within 15 minutes on the beach. In the region are nice authentic villages to visit. The cities of Pisa, Lucca, Siena and the waterfalls are also worth visiting. Enough animation if you need it. You can find this through the app what to do. A show at the pool and live music at the plaza. There you can also choose from the different food trucks. Supermarket sells a lot of assortment and prices do match the Netherlands. Otherwise, 15 car minutes away you have the Coop in San Vincenzo. The sanitary building is cleaned all day from 7 am to 11 pm by different ladies. The toilet cubicles are very dark though and lack soap and a hand dryer.

Beautiful mobile homes, but unfortunately misleading descriptions of the services on the homepage. Example: The mobile home for 4 adults and 2 children is so small that 2 children have to sleep directly in the entrance area and therefore wake up every time you enter the cottage. -> unusable! (but was not visible on the homepage and was confirmed on the booking confirmation as accommodation for 4-8 people) We were only allowed to rebook to another cottage for a hefty surcharge, there was no understanding or concession. ☹️

Quite expensive for the services offered. They market the camping loke a quite place but parties are going on during the night and people are screaming lound at any time. No security going around. We had to call twice the reception during the night.

What a wonderful discovery! We were discovering Huttopia campsites for the 1st time. A magnificent setting at the foot of the mountains, a Bonnaventure duo tent with all the necessary cooking equipment, a friendly and dynamic team, sanitary facilities that were always very clean at all times, and hiking trails right next to the campsite! What more can I say? I just want to go back! Thank you :-)

Super campsite, well located. Lots of practical services. A small downside was the size of our pitch, which was a bit small.
