Vakantiepark HölteA nice and cozy cottage, everything you need is in there, the cottage was clean👍 It is a nice and quiet park, despite the fact that improvement was still in progress. It is a beautiful area for hiking, you can go in many directions.

Een mooi en gezellig huisje, alles wat je nodig hebt zit er in, het huisje was schoon👍 Het is een leuk en rustig park, ondanks dat er nog met de verbetering bezig was. Het is een mooie omgeving om te wandelen, je kunt vele kanten op.

Camping RiverBad experience with Camping River. We had a choice of several campsites. We chose it for its peace and quiet, its natural setting and above all for the swimming pool. The pool would have allowed us to stay on site without having to travel too much as we were leaving with our son. When we arrived, the pool was unusable. No compensation was offered despite our requests. The response from the owners was that we could use a natural water source (but it was very cold). We had selected this campsite with a swimming pool and had paid for the service corresponding to the pool. It was quite normal to expect compensation from them. But we got nothing. If we'd known we wouldn't be able to use the pool, we'd have chosen a cheaper campsite. As far as the pizzeria restaurant was concerned, the pizza dough was a pancake with very little topping. One pizza per person is not enough. We were very disappointed and will not return.

Mauvaise expérience avec Camping River. Nous avions le choix sur plusieurs camping. Nous l'avons sélectionné pour son calme et son coté nature et surtout pour la piscine. La piscine nous aurait permis de rester sur place sans trop se déplacer car nous partions avec notre fils. Arrivés sur place, la piscine n'était pas utilisable. Aucun dédommagement ne nous a été proposé malgré nos demandes. La réponse des propriétaires étant que nous pouvions utiliser un point d'eau naturel (mais il était très froid). Nous avions sélectionné ce camping avec piscine et avons réglé la prestation correspondante à la piscine. Il était tout à fait normal d'attendre un dédommagement de leur part. Mais nous n'avons rien eu. Si nous avions su que nous ne pourrions pas utiliser la piscine, nous aurions sélectionné un camping moins cher. Pour ce qui concerne le restaurant pizzeria : galette en guise de pate à pizza avec très peu de garniture. Une pizza par personne ne suffit pas. Nous avons été très déçus et n'y retournerons plus.

The vacation park is beautifully located near the lighthouse. You can easily walk into the dunes and be on the beach in about ten minutes! The staff at the vacation park was very friendly. Our stay was in mid-January; a time when it is incredibly quiet at the park and throughout the island. What did stand out was that on a sunny day upon our return, the cottage was bellowing hot (29 degrees according to the thermostat, without us having turned on the heating). I do not know if it gets hot so easily in the summer as well because then the stay seems unpleasant to me. In any case, for winter I would recommend the stay!

Het vakantiepark ligt mooi gelegen vlakbij de vuurtoren. Je loopt gemakkelijk de duinen in en bent binnen een minuut of tien op het strand! Het personeel op het vakantiepark was zeer vriendelijk. Ons verblijf was half januari; een periode waarop het ontzettend rustig is op het park en op het hele eiland. Wat wel opviel was dat op een zonnige dag bij terugkomst het huisje loeiheet was (29 graden volgens de thermostaat, zonder dat wij de verwarming aan hadden gezet). Ik weet niet of het in de zomer ook zo gemakkelijk warm wordt want dan lijkt het verblijf mij onaangenaam. Voor in de winter zou ik het verblijf in ieder geval aanraden!
