Recreatiepark BeekbergenWoman at the front desk was incredibly sweet! She saw that things went wrong for a moment in the parking lot and came right over to give me a hug. I really appreciated it! Although I could not do much (collarbone dislocated) I had a great time. Your park is quiet and beautiful.

Vrouw van de receptie was onwijs lief! Ze zag dat het op de parkeerplaats even mis ging en kwam direct naar me toe om me een knuffel te geven. Dit waardeerde ik enorm!! Ondanks ik niet veel kon (sleutelbeen uit de kom) heb ik het wel onwijs lekker gehad. Jullie park is heerlijk rustig en onwijs mooi.

Holiday Park GellooI did not write down names, but the staff we met was friendly, customer-oriented and positive. We really felt like guests. That completes your vacation feeling. Very nice. 2 points of improvement if I may: a. Have indicated during booking to appreciate a quiet and sunny location. We had cottage 55 on Park Gello and that unfortunately had very little sun. This was not a drama, but thought it was a bit of a shame. Perhaps the rest were fully booked and then it would be nice to be notified of that when booking. b. For the air conditioning you had to rent a remote control. I did for the last few days at €5 a day. I picked the thing up, on Wednesday afternoon 16.00 and returned it on Friday morning at 09.10 and paid €15. Not the top price, but it still didn't feel right..... A tip: On the back of the device I found some kind of manual in English in very small print. Followed those steps meticulously as well, but I didn't feel like I could operate the device properly with that. A separate manual in plain Dutch would be very helpful. Finally, compliments on the maintenance of the park. Very clean and beautifully landscaped. Totally top! We were once before on a Top Park in Lichtenvoorde. Also top. In that sense your chain lives up to its name. We book very often at Landall, but given the recent experiences this will change. Thanks for the hospitality and the experience at your park.

Ik heb geen namen genoteerd, maar het personeel wat we ontmoet hebben was vriendelijk, klantgericht en positief ingesteld. We voelden ons echt gast. Dat maakt je vakantiegevoel compleet. Erg fijn. 2 verbeterpuntjes als het mag: a. Heb tijdens de boeking aangegeven prijs te stellen op een rustige en zonnige locatie. We hadden huisje 55 op Park Gello en dat had helaas maar erg weinig zon. Dat was geen drama, maar vonden het wel een beetje jammer. Wellicht was de rest volgeboekt en dan zou het fijn zijn als je daar bij boeking een berichtje van krijgt. b. Voor de airco moest je een afstandsbediening huren. Heb ik voor de laatste dagen ook gedaan a raison van €5,- per dag. Ik haalde het ding op, op woensdagmiddag 16.00 uur en leverde het vrijdagochtend om 09.10 in en betaalde € 15,-. Niet de hoofdprijs, maar het voelde toch niet goed….. Een tip: Op de achterkant van het apparaat vond ik in het Engels een soort van handleiding in hele kleine lettertjes. Die stappen ook nauwgezet gevolgd, maar ik heb niet het idee gehad dat ik het apparaat daarmee goed kon bedienen. Een aparte handleiding in jip & janneke Nederlands zou m.i. erg helpen. Tot slot de complimenten voor het onderhoud van het park. Erg schoon en prachtig aangelegd. Helemaal top! We waren al eens eerder op een Toppark in Lichtenvoorde. Ook top. In die zin doet uw keten de naam eer aan. We boeken erg vaak bij Landall, maar gegeven de recente ervaringen zal daar best verandering in gaan komen. Dank voor de gastvrijheid en de beleving op uw park.

Zag er redelijk tot goed uit , de fauteuils zouden beter kunnen . de schoonmaak : we hadden erg last van vliegen , bleek dat het bakje van de Nespresso niet was schoon gemaakt , toen we het euvel hadden gevonden was het probleem opgelost . Uitrit grote parkeerplaats: levens gevaarlijk , wielrenners en auto's komen met hoge snelheid aan . optie : begroeiing weg halen en spiegels plaatsen . Voorkant : plaats een zonnescherm of een schaduwdoek .
