Wake up right at the water’s edge in this cosy lakeside cottage – you honestly can’t stay any closer to the lake. Step outside and you’re just a few meters from the jetty, perfect for an early morning dip or a lazy afternoon in the sun.

Inside, the cottage has a warm, inviting living room with a fireplace and plenty of seating thanks to a sofa bed and a day bed. It’s the kind of place where you curl up with a book, play a board game or simply enjoy the view of the water through the windows.

The real showstopper is the large glazed veranda just off the living room. Here you’ll find a big dining table and a panoramic view over lake and forest. Have breakfast while the mist rises from the water, linger over long lunches and in the evening watch the sun slowly set behind the trees – all from the comfort of your own sheltered veranda.

The cottage has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with single beds, making it ideal for couples, friends or a small family. There is a toilet in the cottage, and outside you’ll find a traditional wood‑fired bath tub right next to the lake. There is no indoor shower, so you’ll bathe in the hot tub or freshen up with a refreshing swim in the lake – a real back‑to‑nature experience.

A rowing boat is included in your stay, so you can paddle out on the lake, enjoy the silence and maybe try your luck at fishing. With a bit of luck, you’ll catch something tasty for the grill in the evening. If you’ve pre‑ordered final cleaning or bed linen, you simply pay this on site at the start of your stay – you’ll find all the practical details in the guest folder inside the cottage.

The surroundings offer plenty to explore. Take an archipelago boat trip further out between the islands, discover the charming summer town of Norrtälje with its cafés and small shops, or go looking for your own hidden spots in nature.
