Inside, you’ll find a snug living area with a crackling wood burner – perfect for curling up with a glass of wine after a day out. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob and fridge, so you can easily prepare breakfast in bed or a simple dinner for two. At the far end of the hut, the comfortable double bed (4ft 6in) invites you to slow down, sleep in and wake up to views of the fields.

The modern shower room comes with a shower cubicle, heated towel rail and toilet, so you have everything you need for a relaxed stay. Despite its small size, the hut feels practical and complete – ideal if you like tiny-house comfort with proper facilities.

Step outside and your private patio is waiting, with garden furniture, a barbecue and a firepit. Light the fire as the sun goes down, grill something tasty and enjoy the big skies and wide-open views. You also have access to a shared 5‑acre paddock, perfect for a quiet stroll or a lazy afternoon in nature. Private parking for one car makes arriving and heading out on day trips easy.

Just a short walk down the lane you’ll find a friendly local pub known for good food and drinks – ideal when you don’t feel like cooking.

Motorsport fans will love being only a 10‑minute drive from Cadwell Park, while the classic English seaside at Skegness and the thrills of Fantasy Island Theme Park are around 30 minutes away.
