Huttopia Gorges du TarnEra la prima volta che prenotavamo con Huttopia e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza. La posizione di questo campeggio è davvero fantastica! Abbiamo prenotato una piazzola lungo il fiume, che è di gran lunga migliore di quelle al centro del campeggio. La vista sul fiume vale la pena, sia di giorno che di sera. Le strutture vengono pulite regolarmente e tutte le aree del sito sono ben presentate. Il personale è stato sempre molto accogliente, cordiale e disponibile. C'erano molte attività disponibili in loco e anche molte aree da esplorare nell'intera zona delle Gorges du Tarn. Abbiamo utilizzato le tavole da paddle a noleggio in diverse occasioni e abbiamo anche fatto una gita in canoa con Canoe 2000 (altamente raccomandata). Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un periodo davvero fantastico e cercheremo sicuramente di esplorare altri siti Huttopia. Punti da considerare... Per caso ci è stata assegnata la piazzola 1, che si trova all'estremità del sito... un po' di strada per raggiungere i servizi, ma ne vale la pena per essere lontani dalle aree più affollate. A mio parere, molte piazzole sembravano piuttosto vicine tra loro (ma questa è una preferenza personale, a me piace stare fuori dai piedi). Ci sono anche molti insetti - non è una lamentela perché è normale nelle zone rurali vicino a un fiume. Tuttavia, vale la pena portare con sé dei repellenti per il corpo e per la tenda.

This was our first time booking with Huttopia and we're very pleased with the whole experience. The location of this campsite is truly fantastic! We specifically booked a river side pitch, which are by far, much better than the ones in the middle of the site. The views of the river are well worth it, throughout the day and evening. The facilities were cleaned regularly and all areas of the site were well presented. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful at all times. There were plenty of activities available on site and also lots of areas to explore within the whole Gorges du Tarn area. We made use of the paddle boards for hire on multiple occasions and also took a canoe trip with Canoe 2000 (highly recommended). Overall, we had a really fantastic time and will definitely now look to explore other Huttopia sites. Points to consider... By chance, we were allocated pitch 1, which was at the far end of the site... a bit of a trek to the facilities but worth it to be tucked away from the more crowded areas. In my opinion, many of the pitches seemed quite close together (but this is a personal preference though, I like to be out of the way!) There are also a lot of insects - this is not a complaint as it's to be expected in the rural areas by a river. However, it is worth bringing repellents for the body as well as around the tent.
