La faccia felice di nostro figlio maggiore durante gli spettacoli

Ho soggiornato di recente al campeggio Huttopia Sarlat e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. Il personale è molto accogliente. Il campeggio si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Sarlat, I servizi offerti, come la piscina coperta e le aree gioco per bambini, sono stati molto apprezzati dai miei figli. Ideale per una vacanza in famiglia. Torneremo!

AVOID this expensive, crowded, underfunded, campsite, stay in a private Airbnb with your friends instead, and visit water parks and do trips out. For almost 500 Euros per day, yes 500! staying in a Premium Dune lodge with jacuzzi with 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, kitchen with tiny sofa, and aircon. Basically a small mobile home, clean but compact. to get into bed shuffling sideways was the option. Outside an area of decking with jacuzzi was pleasant plus a randomly placed seating area away from the property next to the road. It was less busy on our road being the park perimeter but surrounding us were tightly squeezed in lodges - so that our neighbour could eat their lunch and see me sitting on the toilet. View was of a fence, behind which was the sand dunes. VERY EXPENSIVE for what it was, especially when the facilities were so crowded that you couldn't get a sunbed by the pools or a meal in the on-site restaurants. very poor customer service from management, 6 visits to reception and a day wasted trying to sort out the "guaranteed" wifi in our premium lodge. The engineer told us it has never worked in that area while he worked on site because of the location and it needed a dedicated service. It shouldn't be listed as part of the inclusions if it has never worked. Manager told us that it was an added bonus, NO this was listed as included in our package, specifically for 4 devices. Manager refused to offer us any refund it was the spa voucher or nothing! He really couldn't care. Our friends son broke his arm and the recepetion staff were too busy to help! Expensive food and drink on site Looks like the management have tried to squeeze in as many lodges and camping spots as possible to maximise revenue but haven't upgraded the facilities accordingly. Beach was great, but very crowded, Lifeguards were excellent as there was a strong sideways current. Premium doesn't mean premium, expectations not met, and poor customer service to follow. Very poor lighting around site and up to your property front door, No WIFI, Plastic style pillow cases, horrible, had to buy cotton ones from supermarket. Keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed. Use the restaurants and bars by the lake - much better and a wider selection - only a short bike ride away. We will never return.

Campeggio molto bello e in posizione centrale. Personale gentile. Avevamo una bella piazzola vicino al blocco dei servizi igienici, che era molto grande e pulito. La piscina è bella e c'è un ristorante dove si mangia molto bene. Il wifi è gratuito alla reception, altrimenti si deve pagare.

Le strutture, come il bowling e il noleggio di scooter verdi, sono state molto belle e divertenti. Il personale è stato molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Ci è piaciuta molto anche la vasca idromassaggio, anche se ci è voluto molto tempo per riscaldarla.

Persone disoneste!!! Dopo 1 mese dalla nostra partenza, stiamo ancora aspettando il nostro deposito! Ignora le tue e-mail e le tue chiamate (filtrare) dopo averti detto che ti avrebbe richiamato per risolvere il problema, inventa scuse banali, in breve, non gliene frega niente delle persone, nessun rispetto! Inoltre, la casa mobile era sporca (spazzatura sotto il letto, frigorifero disgustoso, ragnatele che erano lì da molto tempo, stoviglie disgustose, solo una piccola e sfortunata pentola per cucinare, persiane rotte e la lista continua). Siamo rimasti molto sorpresi quando un membro del personale è venuto a ispezionare la proprietà. Ci ha dato un biglietto per farci restituire la caparra e poi è sparito altrettanto velocemente senza ispezionare l'alloggio. Non c'è da stupirsi che la casa mobile fosse in questo stato. Per fortuna siamo persone attente. Ci hanno restituito la casa in condizioni migliori di quando siamo arrivati. L'unico aspetto positivo era la vicinanza alla spiaggia. In breve, assolutamente da evitare!

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende im Camp in der Nebensaison. Lärmempfindlichen Leuten kann ich allerdings das Zelt nicht empfehlen, da es extrem laut ist, auch noch nach Mitternacht. An die Ruhezeiten hält sich niemand. Außerdem ist es sehr kalt in der Nebensaison, die Heizung ist im Zelt nicht sonderlich effizient (ist ja auch klar). Die Zelte sind ansonsten wirklich toll gemacht und es ist alles vorhanden, neuwertig und sehr sauber. Alle die dort arbeiten sind sehr bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit, bei egal welcher Frage, das ganze Camp ist sehr sauber und es gibt ein Kinderanimationsprogramm, welches den Kindern gut gefallen hat. Es sind überall viele kleine Spielplätze, sodass die Kinder immer überall etwas zum spielen, rutschen und schaukeln finden.

Campeggio un po' caro per la fine della stagione. Molti alberi, non è il massimo per la televisione. 33 € per 2 persone con un furgone.

Campeggio in ottima posizione (30 minuti a piedi nel cuore di Valkenburg, 10 minuti in bicicletta). Servizi igienici puliti, noleggio biciclette e piccolo bar. In bassa stagione, nei fine settimana, c'è un carretto della pizza. Buone e ampie piazzole per camper. Sono tutte molto buie, quindi è utile una torcia. Buona anche la rete wifi. Il prezzo non è affatto sbagliato. Dopo la stagione si spendono 30 euro al giorno per un camper. Punti negativi: non è molto chiaro quando è tutto aperto e anche in questo caso non lo rispettano. Il sabato sera bar aperto fino alle 22:00, luci spente alle 21:15. La domenica il cancello pedonale di Valkenburg è stato chiuso 1 volta durante il giorno (perché? basta tenerlo aperto 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, la gente può entrare comunque). Sei molto vicino all'autostrada. Se il vento è un po' contrario, si sente un rumore continuo. I servizi igienici sono buoni e puliti, ma tutte le docce hanno, ad esempio, una testa che spruzza dall'alto con un getto ragionevolmente morbido. Non è l'ideale per lavarsi i capelli. Inoltre, nel corso della giornata l'acqua calda si esaurisce rapidamente.
