Hi! We stayed at this campground for two days—all in all, it was actually pretty good. The only thing that surprised us was that the gate closes at 9:30 p.m., and you can’t drive into the campground after that. We were told it was to ensure a quiet night’s sleep, but 9:30 p.m. is a bit early. The Funcourt area is great for the kids, but there’s a lot of noise, and it’s not exactly ideal for the cars parked there either. Lots of balls were flying onto the RVs.

We spent two nights here as a family of five with a camper and a tent and really enjoyed our stay. The warm welcome at the front desk immediately made us feel right at home.

The location right on the beautiful mountain lake is truly a dream. The nature, the view, and the entire setting make this place something very special. The restrooms were also very clean and well-maintained.

There is one small criticism, however: In the restaurant, we would have liked a bit more friendliness at times. In particular, the service when selling the half chickens was, unfortunately, rather cold and didn’t quite fit with the otherwise very positive overall impression.

Overall, we had a wonderful time and can definitely recommend this campground, especially because of its fantastic location, the well-maintained grounds, and the warm welcome.
