Domus 4+2 is a spacious and cozy chalet, fully equipped with everything you need. The detached, single-storey chalet accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. Some chalets are accessible via a few steps. The comfortable living room has a sitting area with television, a dining table, and a spacious kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and a combination microwave oven. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a bunk bed, ideal for children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink; there is also a separate toilet. On the terrace you can use the garden furniture. Free Wi-Fi is available in Domus 4+2, and there is space to park one car.

    Sehr nette Inhaber die einen herzlich empfangen, um dem Gast einen sehr schönen " Urlaub"zu ermöglichen. Es ist eine sehr gepflegte,ruhige Anlage. Einige Charletts befinden sich direkt am Wasser, alle sind mit Terasse, worauf sich eine Tischgarnitur mit Sonnenschirm incl.Ständer und Wäschereck befindet.Parkplätze sind am Haus. Esgibt einen Badesee mit Rutsche u.toller Beachbar. Hallenbad mit Rutsche Sauna und Dampfbad. Es gibt auch einen kl.Supermarkt,der frische Brötchen backt, eine runde Minigolfanlage u.einen tollen Kinderspielplatz. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sicherlich wieder.

    We stayed at EuroParcs Zilverstrand for 4 nights, and while the property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-located, the overall experience was significantly let down by the poor service and lack of basic hospitality. We were a group of three and were only provided with one garbage bag, a single roll of toilet paper, and a tiny portion of dish soap for our entire stay. When we approached the reception to request more, we were curtly told we’d need to buy these items ourselves—including garbage bags, which are essential for keeping the place clean. The response felt robotic and unhelpful, with no effort made to assist us. It was disappointing, especially considering we had already paid extra for towels and bed linens. The service in general felt cold and indifferent. Staff seemed disengaged—no smiles, no welcoming energy, just a “do-it-yourself” attitude. To make matters worse, I had informed the property multiple times that we would be arriving late, well outside of check-in hours. I was assured that our key and room information would be left in a locker. However, on arrival—at 1:00 AM—I had to call Agoda support from the taxi to finally get instructions, as nothing had been communicated properly by the hotel. In short, while the location and facilities were great, the customer service was severely lacking. It felt like they were cutting corners wherever possible and trying to charge extra for even the most basic amenities. This left us with a very negative impression of the overall experience.
