Kiezel Lodge 4 is a spacious glamping tent that stands for camping in luxury. It is suitable for 4 people and can be accessed via a few steps. The glamping tent has a spacious living room with dining area and an open kitchen, which is equipped with an induction cooking plate, refrigerator and filter coffee maker. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a TV. The sleeping loft also has a double bed, which can be reached via a ladder.     On your site you advertise subtropical swimming pool. - The ambient temperature in the pool, is not warm. So not subtropical. You also advertise wellness - The sauna and Turkish bath was either not on or not at temperature. Because the pool area is not heated enough the wooden boards rot away and black, harmful, mold develops. Which is very good to smell, especially if you are in the hot tub, when it is not on. There was also (black) mold in the cottage we stayed in. Especially in the corners. This may occur because the temperature is off (too low) when the cottage is not rented and/or not cleaned thoroughly enough. Especially the mold worries me a lot. I also reported this to you. But you cannot give us the guarantee that this will be remedied (quickly).

    Op jullie site adverteren jullie met subtropisch zwembad. - de omgevingstemperatuur in het zwembad, is niet warm. Dus niet subtropisch. Jullie adverteren ook met wellness - de sauna en turksstoombad was of niet aan of niet op temperatuur. Doordat de zwembad ruimte niet voldoende wordt verwarmd rotten de houten planken weg en ontstaat er zwarte, schadelijke, schimmel. Wat heel goed te ruiken is, zeker als je in het bubbelbad zit, wanneer deze niet aan staat. Ook was er (zwarte) schimmel in het huisje waar we in verbleven. Vooral in de hoeken. Dit kan ontstaat doordat de temperatuur uit (te laag) is wanneer het huisje niet wordt verhuurd en/of niet grondig genoeg wordt schoon gemaakt. Vooral de schimmel baart me erge zorgen. Dit ook bij jullie aangegeven. Maar jullie kunnen ons niet de garantie geven dat dit (snel) zal kunnen worden verholpen.

    If you stay here you will completely relax you can go hiking , jogging , there is also an indoor pool . The cottages are super cozy. The staff that works there is also very friendly and helpful. I had questions about my TV and he helped me out. Also the manager is very friendly. A top team and therefore it is really great stay at EuroParcs Zilverstrand in Mol.

    Als je hier verblijft kom je volledig tot rust je kan gaan wandelen , joggen , er is ook een overdekt zwembad . De huisjes zijn super gezellig . Het personeel dat er werkt is ook super vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Ook de verantwoordelijke van de technische dienst is zeer behulpzaam ik had vragen ivm mijn tv en heeft me goed geholpen . Ook de manager is heel vriendelijk . Een top team en daardoor is het echt geweldig verblijven in EuroParcs Zilverstrand in Mol .

    13 to 16 December 2024 on this vacation park been Cottage was fairly large,but mostly dirty under the beds and cobwebs in the corners 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 toilets mold in the joints of the shower Well be eating in their restaurant well fries and snacks were not good fat had not been at temperature when we got But is what finished finished with cleaning

    13 tot 16 december 2024 op deze vakantiepark geweest Huisje was redelijk groot ,maar vooral vies onder de bedden en spinnenwebben in de hoeken 1 rol wc papier voor 2 wc's schimmel in de voegen van de douche Nou wezen eten in hun restaurant nou patat en snacks waren niet goed vet was niet op temperatuur geweest toen we kregen Maar is wat afgeracht af gewerkt met schoonmaken

    Lovely, quiet park. Note - the swimming pool is small, and the supermarket and bar are very basic. Perfect for us though, as we enjoyed walking a visiting the local towns.
