We stayed at EuroParcs Zilverstrand for 4 nights, and while the property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-located, the overall experience was significantly let down by the poor service and lack of basic hospitality. We were a group of three and were only provided with one garbage bag, a single roll of toilet paper, and a tiny portion of dish soap for our entire stay. When we approached the reception to request more, we were curtly told we’d need to buy these items ourselves—including garbage bags, which are essential for keeping the place clean. The response felt robotic and unhelpful, with no effort made to assist us. It was disappointing, especially considering we had already paid extra for towels and bed linens. The service in general felt cold and indifferent. Staff seemed disengaged—no smiles, no welcoming energy, just a “do-it-yourself” attitude. To make matters worse, I had informed the property multiple times that we would be arriving late, well outside of check-in hours. I was assured that our key and room information would be left in a locker. However, on arrival—at 1:00 AM—I had to call Agoda support from the taxi to finally get instructions, as nothing had been communicated properly by the hotel. In short, while the location and facilities were great, the customer service was severely lacking. It felt like they were cutting corners wherever possible and trying to charge extra for even the most basic amenities. This left us with a very negative impression of the overall experience.

Veel te duur voor wat het maar is. Ruim 1500 euro betaald voor 4 overnachtingen met 2 personen in een stacaravan die was schuingezakt en onvoldoende of niet gereinigd. Uiteindelijk zijn we vroegtijdig vertrokken. Duur is dus zeker niet beter. Teveel druk op het sanitair waardoor 1 verwarming constant lekte, geen handleiding bij de oven. Ook geen stopcontact in de badkamer waardoor elektrisch scheren dan maar in een andere ruimte moest gebeuren zonder spiegel. De enige aanwezige spiegel was in de badkamer. In het badkamerkastje lag restanten van wegwerp scheermesjes . Snoepjes van vorige gasten lagen zowel in als buiten de stacaravan rondgestrooid, de overloop van de afwasbak in de keuken lekte waardoor het water weg liep in de kast eronder. Geen toiletpapier aanwezig en een inventaris die niet klopte met in inhoud van de stacaravan. Overdreven veel loslopende ganzen die overal hun behoeften nalaten. Dan zou je toch denken dat voor die prijs het personeel dit komt opruimen maar neen ... Een mini market waar nauwelijks iets te kopen valt en hetgeen er maar ligt flink duur was. Brandblusser aanwezig en geldig. Rook en gasdetectie getest en in werking. Jammer. Voor dit bedrag hadden we beter een 4-sterren hotel kunnen boeken.

We have a fantastic stay!!! My daughter does not want to leave and is already indicating that she will buy a cottage here later! ☺️ It is also a very nice area and nice base for trips. We really could not have found a better place than here. What a surprise. Just a nice vacation near home. It is wonderful walking (with or without the dog) in the park itself and in the area. The park has beautifully maintained gardens, beaches, water, ... Accommodations are equipped with all modern conveniences and the atmosphere is just super nice. At the reception they really do everything to make your stay as good and pleasant as possible. We will definitely come back in the future! Thanks for everything EuroParcs Zilverstrand.

The complex is beautifully laid out with many mobile homes, the pitches for caravans, motorhomes are laid out in a U-shape, lots of greenery, many trees 🌳 🌳 (little reception TV).the wash house is not so good to visit at certain times of the year (very cold).the entrance with the barrier is for 2.50m gespann vehicles with much success to master. The bathroom has 2 lifeguards who work to check the guests if you are wearing a useless ribbon 🤕🤕.The water in the whirlpool is cold 🥶🥶.On request if there is food to go....yes yes....then you order something in the evening and see there is nothing to go.(English understand (school grade 5).There was a pizza 🍕 to go (margarita, cheese, salami)so something bad for 13€ sorry that has to be said. Simply bad. At the entrance to the campsites there is little space to register? But I would also like to say that we found our pitch very nice.
