Silver Lodge - 6 persons

The complex is beautifully laid out with many mobile homes, the pitches for caravans, motorhomes are laid out in a U-shape, lots of greenery, many trees 🌳 🌳 (little reception TV).the wash house is not so good to visit at certain times of the year (very cold).the entrance with the barrier is for 2.50m gespann vehicles with much success to master. The bathroom has 2 lifeguards who work to check the guests if you are wearing a useless ribbon 🤕🤕.The water in the whirlpool is cold 🥶🥶.On request if there is food to go....yes yes....then you order something in the evening and see there is nothing to go.(English understand (school grade 5).There was a pizza 🍕 to go (margarita, cheese, salami)so something bad for 13€ sorry that has to be said. Simply bad. At the entrance to the campsites there is little space to register? But I would also like to say that we found our pitch very nice.

Very good accomo and super service netjed rn claen

We have stayed 5 days with our 2 young kids. Really enjoyed our stay. There was lots of things to do. We couldn’t use the swimming pool because of the weather but everything looks great. Soft play was great. There wasn’t any kids club which we haven’t seen. Outdoor parks was very good. Our mobile home was absolutely beautiful. We had everything we needed. Very nice decoration. Bed sheets wasn’t great luckily we bring our own bed sheets. ( it was very dusty ) and there wasn’t iron , hair dryer , kitchen towel , toilet paper, soap so you really need to bring everything you will need. Otherwise it was great. Very peaceful, nature was awesome , excellent location 🥰 We will definitely visit again. Thank you

Nice, quiet and clean park which is spacious! The indoor pool is neat and clean and the water well warm. We were in a Kempen 4 and this is a modern cottage which is comfortably and modernly furnished. Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken, but the reception immediately arranged a mechanic who was on our doorstep within a few hours. Unfortunately the dishwasher was beyond repair, but of course the park can't do anything about that. The area is good for hiking and biking, you can totally relax! We can not really name any minuses after our stay. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful place

On your site you advertise subtropical swimming pool. - The ambient temperature in the pool, is not warm. So not subtropical. You also advertise wellness - The sauna and Turkish bath was either not on or not at temperature. Because the pool area is not heated enough the wooden boards rot away and black, harmful, mold develops. Which is very good to smell, especially if you are in the hot tub, when it is not on. There was also (black) mold in the cottage we stayed in. Especially in the corners. This may occur because the temperature is off (too low) when the cottage is not rented and/or not cleaned thoroughly enough. Especially the mold worries me a lot. I also reported this to you. But you cannot give us the guarantee that this will be remedied (quickly).
