Looking for a stylish place to stay with your group of friends? Parc de Kievit 22 is a modern, characterful holiday home that combines wood, stone, glass and a thatched roof into one beautiful, luxurious hideaway for up to 6 people.
The living room is the real eye-catcher. Thanks to the high ceiling and the almost entirely glass front, the space feels light, open and super inviting – perfect for long evenings with drinks, games and good conversations. The layout is practical and well thought out, so everyone has space to relax without getting in each other’s way.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking together a pleasure. You’ll find everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee maker for that first caffeine fix in the morning or a relaxed cup after dinner. Of course, there’s a TV and free Wi-Fi, so you can stream, chill and stay connected.
Upstairs, you’ll enjoy extra comfort in the bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom – ideal if you like a bit of privacy within the group. In total there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so no stress when everyone is getting ready at the same time.
Outside, the neatly landscaped garden is made for lazy days and long summer evenings. The comfortable garden furniture invites you to sit down with a drink and enjoy the peaceful view over the charming pond. It’s a great spot to start the day with breakfast in the sun or end it with a good glass of wine.
The park reception is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 2pm. Arriving outside these hours as a company group? Then you simply contact the resident directly to arrange access.
Please note: due to drought and a high risk of forest fires, open coal or briquette BBQs and fire baskets are not allowed. So plan your dinners accordingly and keep it safe.

Problems with almost everything. Some things finally resolved after lots of calling and emailing instead of enjoying vacation.Other things not resolved. We had 1.5 days no wifi ivm reception unreachable because park is bankrupt. No clothes dryer available while there should be. No availability tennis courts. Pans with coating completely broken because no spatula so treated with cheese slicer by predecessors. And compensation Belvilla very substandard. Cottage cost more than 1600 euros for a week and get 75 euros back. Downright Bad!

Problemen met bijna alles. Sommige dingen uiteindelijk opgelost na heel veel bellen en mailen ipv genieten van vakantie.Andere dingen niet opgelost. We hadden 1,5 dag geen wifi ivm receptie onbereikbaar want park is failliet. Geen wasdroger aanwezig terwijl die er wel moet zijn. Geen beschikbaarheid tennisbanen. Pannen met aanbaklaag compleet kapot ivm geen spatel dus met kaasschaaf behandeld door voorgangers. En compensatie Belvilla zeer onder de maat. Huisje kostte meer dan 1600 euro voor een week en krijg 75 euro terug. Ronduit Slecht!

I really enjoyed my stay in this cottage, It was super spacious and had everything we needed, The kitchen was well equipped, and having a coffee maker was a nice touch, The living room felt light and airy, and I could relax there all day, The only thing was that the WiFi was a little slow at times, but that didn't ruin our experience
