Summary created out of 170 reviews
The campsite is appreciated for its central location near La Roche-en-Ardenne and the beautiful natural surroundings along the Ourthe river. Guests praise the friendly and helpful staff, the clean sanitary facilities with free hot showers, and the practical camping shop where you can find everything. The spacious pitches and good facilities such as the restaurant and playground make it a suitable choice for families. Points of attention are the wifi connection that regularly doesn't work well, the shower spray that is weak and needs to be reactivated frequently, and the limited space between some camping pitches.

Nice campground, in a good location. Unfortunately, it's a bit on the expensive side for September—€39 per night.

Good location, but the staff wasn't exactly friendly and spoke almost exclusively Dutch in our part of the Ardennes??? The French guests there were a little puzzled, and so was I.

A nice campground with friendly staff.
The staff is very friendly, and the great thing is that almost everyone speaks Dutch. The restrooms are a bit older, but they’re kept clean and tidy.
It is a fairly busy campground, though, so anyone looking for plenty of peace and space should keep that in mind.
One minor downside for us … was that there’s no pool at the campground itself. Of course, this is partly my own fault, as I should have checked this more carefully beforehand. From the photos on the website, it looked to me as though the campground did have a pool.
For a fee, you can use the pool at the hotel of the same name, which is about a 20-minute walk away. The pool is nicely heated, but personally, I think it’s a shame that campground guests can’t use it for free.
All in all, a nice campground with friendly staff and clean restrooms, but for us, having a pool right on the campground would definitely have been a plus.this is a translation, click here for the original
