    • in case of cancellation in the period of 4 weeks up to 2 weeks before the stay, 50% of the reservation will be withheld including an administration fee of 29,50€.

    • In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, interruption or non-completion of the stay, the full price of the booked stay will be due to Warredal incl. an administration fee of 29,50€.

    In case of cancellation, the administration fee will be retained.

    Wat begon als een warm welkom eindigt in zwaar klant onvriendelijk, gebrek of eigenlijk geen informatie. Vooraf bij boeken of bij incheck en zelfs na de eerste nacht wordt er geniet gemeld dat er dit weekend allemaal feesten zijn waardoor RUST wat ze pretenderen te geven niet kan worden gegeven. Daarbij was bij incheck de kamer niet goed voorbereid. Koelkast niet aan waardoor we baby voeding weg hebben moeten gooien, ontbrak linnen, en de thermostaat van de douche deed het eerste dag niet en de volgende ochtend toen ze kwamen kijken werkte het wel door de thermostaat net op het juiste standje te zetten. Als je lang bent ook niet aan te raden want de bedden zijn niet heel lang. Uiteraard bovenstaande groot gedeelte bijzaak en op te lossen alleen harde muziek met 2 jonge kinderen niet. Als we dit hadden geweten waren we niet uit Nederland gekomen. Dan de klantvriendelijkheid. GEEN van de medewerkers heeft iets gezegd als: wat vervelend dat het niet werkte of niet fijn om te horen dat u zo slecht heeft geslapen. Nee gewoon alleen dikke pech. Het is wat het is. Op het feit dat wij melden dat het feest van vannacht zelfs nog verder weg was dan wat er vanavond en morgen avond gaat komen (2km) afstand inplaats van 10km en daarom wensen te vertrekken en compensatie willen krijgen we niks op terug alleen een niks zeggende blik en fijne reis. Waste off money! Gastvrijheid op de meest slechte manier!

    Voor ons is dit eigenlijk een plaats die gemakkelijk 10 sterren mag krijgen. Ons verblijf was een absolute droom. De mensen hier zijn enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De huisjes zijn prachtig. Als je de kleine creative kantjes kan ontdekken doorheen het domein waan je je in een andere wereld. De rust heeft hier duidelijk een thuis gevonden.
