We found out just before departure that our cottage didn’t have air conditioning. It’s a shame I hadn’t noticed this sooner. I called to ask about our options—such as a portable air conditioner—but was told that wasn’t possible. We could have switched to a cottage with air conditioning for an additional fee, but we didn’t want to do that because we had specifically chosen a baby cottage (with the benefits of the baby-friendly furnishings).

After a few days at the park, we were surprised to see that our new neighbors did receive a portable air conditioner. I called the front desk again, but was told that the portable air conditioners were “out of stock,” even though we’d previously been told this wasn’t an option at all. They couldn’t do anything else for us.
It’s very hot in the cottage, so sleeping with a baby in this cottage at these temperatures is not recommended.

This feels like poor (internal) communication, and it’s a shame that nowhere does it mention that a portable air conditioner can be booked as an add-on. The park and the cottages are beautiful, but the communication, proactivity, and helpfulness of the staff really leave much to be desired.

Tesise gitmeden önce mail atmamıza rağmen geri dönüş yapılmadı. Tesisin girişinde çocuklar için spray park var. Karşısında havuz var. Havuz için ekstra ücret ödemeniz gerekiyor. Tesisin içinde çocuklar için birkaç oyun parkı var.

Despite the tropical temperatures, we had a wonderful midweek stay at your park in cottage F34, which was absolutely spotless in terms of cleanliness and hygiene—top-notch! Kudos to the cleaning crew 👍. The service was also perfect when we had a few small questions—they helped us right away.Two minor drawbacks were: when we opened the vent window in the bathroom, there were some cigarette butts stuck in it, and although we’d booked the towel service, there were only 2 bath towels for 4 nights with 2 people (a bit of a shame). Other than that, it’s a beautiful location amid the pine forests, with plenty of peace and space, and a lovely pool with sunbathing areas across from the park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Best regards, Fred and Yvonne van Rie

Overall, a really great resort. It’s great for adults, kids, and dogs.

1-star deduction;
— because the men’s showers don’t have adjustable temperature controls. The water had been too hot for several days at that time.
— Also, the simple toilet seats were already quite yellowed, and the plastic layers on the seats were peeling off.

Particularly positive:

- You can get a power cord (CEE adapter) for the RV site for free at the front desk

- An astonishingly wide variety of activities for children and teens; for example, there’s a soccer camp that runs for 1.5 hours on a regular basis

- Even when it’s busy, you can still find peace and quiet

- Dog off-leash area

- Plenty of dog waste bins, which are emptied several times a day

- Beautiful tall trees and lovely landscaping overall

Beautiful park, friendly staff, good service.
Nice bike routes, a swimming pool across from the park; we got wristbands for the pool at the front desk for our entire 14-day stay for 7.50 per person.
We weren’t too impressed with the restaurant at the park.
Bike rentals through the park were also great. Entertainment for everyone at the park
