    Any cancellation must be made in writing to the vacation park management.

    In case of cancellation, the following amounts will be withheld:

    • More than 60d before arrival: €50

    • 30 to 60d before arrival: 30% (= deduction from the deposit)

    • 15 to 30d before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount.

    • 8 to 15d before arrival: 75% of the invoice amount.

    • Less than 8d before arrival: 100% of the invoice amount.

    • No Show: 100% of the invoice amount

    Any late reservation (<3d before arrival) is final only upon presentation of proof of payment by mail.

    A "premium campground" surrounded by nature! The “lodges” are fairly close to one another. So it can get pretty noisy on the weekend, but during the week, it’s absolutely quiet. A nice bonus: the patios are spacious and… equipped with safety gates for kids and pets!
    The double rooms (in the two-bedroom lodge) are really bright, and the bedding … was very comfortable.
    A small cleaning kit (sponge, rag, dish towel, and dish soap) was waiting for us upon arrival: super convenient!

    Un "camping premium" la tête au vert ! Les "lodges" sont assez proches les unes des autres. C'est donc assez bruyant le wk mais, en semaine, c'est le calme absolu. Petit plus : les terrasses sont spacieuses et... équipées d'une barrière de sécurité pour les enfants et les poilus !
    Les chambres doubles (de la lodge 2 chambres) est vraiment lumineuse et la literie était plus confortable.
    Un petit kit de nettoyage (éponge, loque, essuie de vaisselle et savon vaisselle) nous attendait à notre arrivée : hyper pratique !

    We were at Le Hameau de la Semois the first week of September. The location at the riverside is unique. All installations are brand new, the cabine and also the restaurant. We liked that we could have dinner at the site and not had to drive again. I also especially liked the Dutch speaking staff at the reception. If you like to be in nature, this is the place to be.

    A wonderful place to spend a few days—the cozy bungalows are great, and they have everything you need. That said, they are still bungalows, so you can hear some noise from the surroundings. The prices are high.
