    In case of cancellation, the following amounts will be withheld:

    • More than 60d before arrival: €50

    • 30 to 60d before arrival: 30% (= deduction from the deposit)

    • 15 to 30d before arrival: 50% of the invoice amount.

    • 8 to 15d before arrival: 75% of the invoice amount.

    • Less than 8d before arrival: 100% of the invoice amount.

    • No Show: 100% of the invoice amount

    Any late reservation (<3d before arrival) is final only upon presentation of proof of payment by mail.

    I don't usually leave reviews, but when something is good, it deserves to be highlighted.
    The staff is very attentive to guests' needs to ensure they have the best possible stay.
    The setting is very pretty and peaceful. The accommodations are well-laid-out and clean.
    The area is very natural, and the town of Bouillon is pleasant.
    If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll be happy to stay at Le Hameau de la Semois again.

    Je n'ai pas pour habitude de laisser des commentaires, mais quand c'est bien, il faut le souligner.
    Le personnel est très à l'écoute des clients pour satisfaire au mieux leur séjour.
    Le cadre est très joli et calme. Les logements sont bien disposés et propres.
    La région est très nature, la ville de Bouillon est agréable.
    Si je repasse dans le coin c'est avec plaisir que je m'arrêterai de nouveau au Hameau de la Semois.

    A beautiful spot on the banks of the Semois, very close to the village of Bouillon (Belgium). Perfect bungalow (no AC). Very friendly restaurant staff, good breakfast.

    A superb, quiet campground that’s very well maintained—both the bungalows and the outdoor areas. If you eat at the restaurant, the food is very good and offers great value for the price. The staff there are very welcoming. However, you might want to bring a fan, because until they install air conditioning in the bungalows, it gets hot inside during heat waves. And for older guests or those who have difficulty walking, you might want to bring an electric mobility scooter, as much of the campground is quite hilly.

    Camping superbe , calme , très bien entretenu autant les bungalows , que les extérieurs, si vous mangez au restaurant rapport qualité prix c'est très correct et très bon . Les personnes qui travaillent la bas sont très accueillante . Cependant prévoyez peut être un ventilateur car en attendant qu'ils mettent les climatiseurs dans les bungalows, il fait chaud a l'intérieur avec les fortes chaleurs. Et peut-être pour les personnes âgées ou qu'ils/elles ont du mal a marcher, peut être prévoir un moyen de locomotion électrique car c'est quand même un peu pentu une bonne partie du camping.
