We had rented a Finnish chalet but they better call it a Belgian slum. There were supposed to be 2 bathrooms. But there was 1 after complaining they changed the website. It smelled huge and you lie awake from the mice that hear going. complained but no cooperation. The message was your problem.

Very nice time had at this park. We had a mobile home Taos. Very nice for a mobile home. For us the highlights were the nice big oven, two showers and two toilets, great beds. Also nice that there is heating in every room. We were there in the fall vacations when it is not so warm, so nice that you can make it warm well and quickly. Cons are that you do not have a nice couch to sit on, there is a kind of sofa bed but it is not comfortable. Also there is a TV hanging but it doesn't work. The wifi is good on one side of the house but not the best on the other side. In the park itself is a soccer field, a small playground. unfortunately the trampoline is broken and it does not look like it will be fixed soon. The staff at the reception is very friendly. The restaurant was open on a limited basis, only fry and you order through a screen. From the park you can take beautiful walks. I even saw a small boar in the morning. There are nice little towns nearby and the park chlorophyll is highly recommended!

Summary: Campground which is negligent in terms of security, does not live up to promises made on the website and offers outdated, dirty and incomplete mobile homes. Staff friendly, but know themselves that nothing is right. The friendly guy at the bar admitted as much. More details? Read on! Looking for a campsite for just under a week in the Ardennes. Requirements? Child-friendly, affordable and beautifully located. Preferably with a fully equipped kitchen because that's easy. Also like to have a sandwich service! No hassle with our little one of almost 4 and a half years. We ended up at Petite Suisse in Dochamps. A "luxury", fully equipped mobile home which is somewhat affordable. Of course I understand that ''luxury'' is relative, but a caravan where you can do your daily thing is to be expected. On the site of the campsite it says that you can have breakfast with magnificent views because of its location on a southern slope. That will be a week of enjoyment!!! Upon arrival soon helped by a friendly lady, who gave us a pass and the key. Upon entering the caravan first to the toilet and there began immediately the disappointment about which more below; -Dirty. The floor is sticky and old with dirt everywhere in nooks and crannies. Also the wall in the toilet is still under the splashes of the previous tenant, under the seat it was still wet. Was easy to wipe away all. Terrible with a baby who likes to crawl on the floor. Just vacuuming? Forget it because with this vacuum cleaner you are not going to get it clean. -Capable. Much in the caravan is stupidly broken. Parts of the kitchen, window frames, holes in the floor. Also the trash can was broken, did not get a new one for this. Also a broken parasol. -One of the deck boards was rotten. Outside table with 3 loose glass plates, life-threatening with children. - 1 frying pan in the kitchen which had a very broken bottom. Got a new one at the reception. When we asked if we could have one more, because 2 is so easy to cook with. Was not an option. Inventory very limited, you can just nothing with. ROOKMELDER did not work because no battery!? Really how .... You trust with this kind of things that it just works. Later it turned out that even with a new battery he did not work and later in the day we had a new one. - SWIMMING POOL. Life-threatening with loose bolts in the stairs. You don't want to think what happens if a child falls backwards with his/her head on the awkwardly placed wall. Our daughter also stood on a loose tile and almost fell over. Fortunately I was able to catch her in time otherwise she would have fallen into the water with perhaps a tile on her head. - The promised view we have not seen. We did see endless other mobile homes. The whole campsite is full of places and the playground is small, the tennis court neglected. Finally ordered bread (a baguette for 2 euros) which looks a damn lot like bake-off bread from the supermarket. Plus points; campsite is green with lots of trees, nice bouncy castle, friendly staff & clean sheets on arrival.

Even stofzuigen? -Kapot.
