This campsite is particularly valued for its beautiful location on the Ourthe river, surrounded by nature with excellent hiking and cycling opportunities. Guests praise the friendly, helpful Dutch owners who are always ready with tips and a chat. The spacious, secluded pitches with plenty of privacy and private water and electricity connections are frequently mentioned. However, the sanitary facilities are an important area for improvement: while described as clean, they are outdated and require more frequent cleaning, and the showers operate with tokens with varying water temperature and pressure.

A secluded spot in Belgium. We stopped there for a layover. The restrooms were clean but basic. Unfortunately, there was no toilet paper or soap in the entrance area. Although the front desk was actually closed, we were able to check in. The front desk staff member was friendly. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much going on in town. We had a quiet night.

Quiet surroundings during the day (apart from the train, but you get used to that quickly). It’s also quiet at night. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. There are LOTS of board games you can borrow, which makes it extra cozy. The only downside is the coin-operated shower, but I can kind of understand why🤗
We had a nice little getaway and feel completely relaxed again.this is a translation, click here for the original
