  You can cancel free of charge up to at least 72 hours before arrival (for bungalows and Nomads until 3 pm and camping places until 1 pm). After that, we will charge 100% of the outstanding balance.

  In the event of a lockdown or border closure, the reservation will be rescheduled free of charge.

  In the case of a no-show or early departure, we will charge the total amount of the reservation. We do not require proof for the cancellation but do strictly adhere to the above conditions. If you wish, you can take out cancellation insurance with an insurer of your choice, as we do not offer this.

  Force Majeure Clause: In the event of force majeure, the above cancellation conditions do not apply. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: war (or threat of war), riot, strikes, disruptions in the energy network or traffic, government measures, shortages of raw materials, natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, or any other circumstance that reasonably and fairly cannot be required of the operator. If there is force majeure and the bungalow, camper, camping, or tent places are not available, you are not entitled to any compensation or refund of already paid accommodation costs. You will receive a voucher equal to the amount already paid for accommodation. This voucher serves as credit for a future reservation. The voucher must be used within a period of 2 years.
