    In case of full or partial cancellation, possible only by mail or letter (receipt date = cancellation date), the following fees will be charged:

    • Up to and including 57 days before the beginning of the stay period: €50 per file.
    • From 56 to 43 days before the beginning of the stay: 25% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • From 42 to 22 days before the beginning of the period of stay: 50% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • From 21 to 8 days before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the beginning of the stay, as well as in case of no arrival: the full rent with a minimum of € 50.
    • In case of non-arrival without notice, the reserved place/lodge will be kept free until 1 night later than announced: the following day the place/lodge will be relet. No sum will be refunded in case of "no show", whatever the reason may be.

    Was always 1 of my favorites but at this time it was lots of rabbits and even more droppings. Pretty much no grass on the CP and messy.

    On the recommendation of friends we came to stay with our trailer tent. Upon arrival we were received by a young person who did not know anything about camping and also did not know how the pitches were arranged. Unfortunately, due to misinformation, we were in the wrong place with our trailer tent. Apparently a plan was sent via email but this was very unclear. On the camping spot it was indicated very small and again unclear. We travel with a folding trailer so it's a lot of work to open and close this compared to a caravan or mobile home. The unfriendly arrogant concierge left us no choice and we had to move. Had no understanding because of safety. Also did not understand that you cannot move our trailer tent in case of fire. According to him, the campground was going to be very crowded and we were going to have neighbors. We obeyed the rules and moved our tent with a 10-month-old baby. What turned out that we did not get any new neighbors and were still completely alone on the piece where we stood. Very arrogant concierge named Marc. Threatened my husband too "can hardly grab you by the throat" so you can re-pitch your tent.... When we asked to speak for his responsible this also failed. Think we have that right? Sanitary facilities could be cleaner and the swimming pool is unfortunately closed for 1 hour at noon.... We would have liked our vacation to be different....

    Op aanraden van vrienden kwamen wij logeren met onze vouwwagen. Bij aankomst werden wij ontvangen door een jong iemand die geen verstand had van kamperen en ook niet wist hoe de plaatsen in elkaar zaten. Door verkeerde informatie stonden wij helaas verkeerd met onze vouwwagen. Blijkbaar werd er een plannetje doorgestuurd via mail maar dit was zeer onduidelijk. Op de campingplek stond dit zeer klein aangeduid en nogmaals onduidelijk. Wij reizen met een vouwwagen dus een heel werk om dit open en dicht te zetten ten op zichte van een caravan of mobilhome. De onvriendelijke arrogante conciërge liet ons geen keuze en wij moesten ons verplaatsen. Had geen begrip wegens veiligheid. Begreep ook niet dat je onze vouwwagen niet kan verplaatsen bij brand. Volgens hem ging het heel druk worden op de camping en gingen we buren krijgen. Wij ons aan de regels gehouden en onze tent herzet dit met een baby van 10 maand. Wat bleek dat we geen nieuwe buren kregen en nog helemaal alleen stonden op het stuk waar wij stonden. Heel arrogante conciërge genaamd Marc. Bedreigde mijn man ook “kan u toch moeilijk bij de keel vastnemen” zodat u uw tent kan herzetten…. Toen wij vroegen voor zijn verantwoordelijke te spreken lukte dit ook niet. Denk wel dat wij dat recht hebben? Sanitairgebouwen kunnen gerust iets properder en het zwembad is helaas 1 uur dicht onder de middag…. We hadden onze vakantie graag anders ervaren….
