    Cancellation Policy


    If guests must cancel their stay due to a pandemic, the stay can be rebooked to a later date at no charge. This rebooking is not limited in time. If guests have to cancel their stay for any other reason, they have the option of transferring the reservation to someone else free of charge. In case of no show, only the cleaning fee (€150) will be refunded.

    Therefore, there are no rates where cancellations can be made free of charge. If the bookers are forced to cancel, the park may look at a free rebooking, provided they still manage to re-rent the cancelled period.

    No, it's a car-free site. So you cannot drive up to the cabin to load or unload, but at each cabin there is an electric cargo bike that can be used to load and unload all the luggage.

  2. Are bicycles available at the accommodation?

    Next to each cabin there is a bike shed containing an electric cargo bike and two regular bikes.

  3. Are dogs welcome?

    Yes, dogs are welcome.

  4. Do you have to pay for the wellness?

    No, use of the wellness island is free. Guests can book the island every day of their stay for an hour and a half. For this purpose, a booking module will be forwarded on the day of arrival.

    On the wellness island you will find a sauna with panorama window, an outdoor shower with dump bucket, access to the swimming pond, a relaxation area with pizza oven and a water fountain. Special towels are provided in the cabin. You may enter the sauna with or without swimwear.

  5. Are products present in the kitchen?

    Yes, there are coffee beans, tea, oil, salt and pepper, and dishwasher tablets, among others.

  6. Are there any products present in the bathroom?

    Yes, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also toilet paper, a hair dryer and bath linens.

  7. Are you allowed to barbecue?

    Yes, and there is a Bastard barbecue at every cabin.

    Wij verbleven in cabane Arno één van de 9 cabanes. Alles was perfect clean. De gastvrouw, -heer en de klusjesman waren zéér vriendelijk en gedienstig. De tuin verschafte heerlijke princesseboontjes, peterselie, heerlijke tomaatjes en paprika's. Van de kleurrijke kippen hadden we kakelverse eieren. Het was een oase van rust met een zalige afsluiter in de sauna. We hebben als moeder - dochter relatie topdagen beleefd!

    My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. The house was very nice, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful. We loved the sauna and the swimming pond. Breakfast was 10/10. We will definitely be coming back!

    We konden via Whatsapp sturen als we met iets zaten en hier werd snel op gereageerd. Locatie was top! Alles was aanwezig in huisje, tip klein flesjes melk voorzien in huisje dat je onmiddellijk tasje koffie kan maken 😉

    Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in de cabane. Super smaakvol ingericht, heerlijke bedden, alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het welnesseiland en de zwemvijver zijn een super aanvulling voor een topweekend. De fietsen geven je heerlijke vrijheid om rustig langs de dijk te fietsen, snel even op en neer naar de stad te rijden. Mega praktisch! De eigenaar is heel vaak (discreet) aanwezig om al je vragen te beantwoorden of fijne tips te delen. Een hele warme persoon die je je nog meer thuis doet voelen. Wij zijn thuis gekomen met een heleboel nieuwe herinneringen en helemaal opgeladen voor weer een nieuwe werkweek. Dank jullie wel!
