    If guests must cancel their stay due to a pandemic, the stay can be rebooked to a later date at no charge. This rebooking is not limited in time. If guests have to cancel their stay for any other reason, they have the option of transferring the reservation to someone else free of charge. In case of no show, only the cleaning fee (€150) will be refunded.

    Therefore, there are no rates where cancellations can be made free of charge. If the bookers are forced to cancel, the park may look at a free rebooking, provided they still manage to re-rent the cancelled period.

    No, it's a car-free site. So you cannot drive up to the cabin to load or unload, but at each cabin there is an electric cargo bike that can be used to load and unload all the luggage.

  2. Are bicycles available at the accommodation?

    Next to each cabin there is a bike shed containing an electric cargo bike and two regular bikes.

  3. Are dogs welcome?

    Yes, dogs are welcome.

  4. Do you have to pay for the wellness?

    No, use of the wellness island is free. Guests can book the island every day of their stay for an hour and a half. For this purpose, a booking module will be forwarded on the day of arrival.

    On the wellness island you will find a sauna with panorama window, an outdoor shower with dump bucket, access to the swimming pond, a relaxation area with pizza oven and a water fountain. Special towels are provided in the cabin. You may enter the sauna with or without swimwear.

  5. Are products present in the kitchen?

    Yes, there are coffee beans, tea, oil, salt and pepper, and dishwasher tablets, among others.

  6. Are there any products present in the bathroom?

    Yes, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also toilet paper, a hair dryer and bath linens.

  7. Are you allowed to barbecue?

    Yes, and there is a Bastard barbecue at every cabin.

    We had an amazing experience! The cabins are perfect and every detail was well thought out. The grounds were a nice escape right in the center of a busy town.

    Wow, what a great place for a family vacation. You step through the gate out of the park and you are in the city, but in the park itself you imagine yourself in the middle of nowhere. So much peace and freedom. Pick up a fresh egg from the chickens every morning, pick out a nice book at the underground library, splash in the swimming pond every day and relax in the hot tub after a long day. And how nice is it that you can use a cargo bike so you can discover Ostend and its surroundings in such a nice way! Les Cabanes d'Ostende has everything you need for a relaxing vacation!

    Wauw, wat een geweldige plek voor een vakantie met het gezin. Je stapt door het hekje het park af en je bent in de stad, maar in het park zelf waan je je in the middle of nowhere. Zoveel rust en vrijheid. Elke ochtend een vers eitje rapen bij de kippen, een mooi boek uitzoeken bij de ondergrondse bibliotheek, elke dag een plonsje in de zwemvijver en na een lange dag heerlijk relaxen in de hottub. En hoe fijn is het dat je een bakfiets kunt gebruiken waardoor je Oostende en omgeving op zo’n fijne manier kunt ontdekken! Les Cabanes d’Ostende heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie!

    Had perfect stay in the caban, we had BBQ and breakfast included order and it was fantastic. Very quiet and yet close to the sea, also the sauna and swimming pond give an extra star. Everything was thought about, the decoration, the products, the dog wîckeltje, ... Really nothing to criticize😍

Super sweet owners! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the swimming pond and hot tub immensely. The plan was to go to town but we didn't go there. It is just too beautiful there!
