    Cancellation Policy


    • You can cancel free of charge until at least 7 days before arrival. Between 7 days and 72h we charge 50% of the outstanding balance. Less than 72h before arrival, it is no longer possible to cancel and we will charge 100% of the outstanding balance.
    • In case of lockdown or border closure, the reservation will be cancelled free of charge.
    • In case of no-show or early departure, we will charge the total amount of the reservation. We do not require proof of cancellation but strictly adhere to the above conditions.
    • You can purchase cancellation insurance from an insurer of your choice if you wish, we do not offer this.
    • Force majeure clause: In the event of force majeure, the above cancellation terms and conditions expire. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: war or danger of war, insurrection, strikes, disturbances in the energy circuit or traffic, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions or any other circumstance as a result of which the manager cannot reasonably and fairly be expected to fulfill all or part of the agreement. In the event of force majeure preventing the provision of the bungalow, camper, camping or tent pitches, you will not be entitled to any compensation or refund of accommodation costs already paid. You will receive a voucher to the value of the already paid accommodation costs. This voucher serves as credit in a future reservation. The voucher must be compulsorily used within a period of 2 years.

    Slight noise at night from factory (??) behind the pitch, but nothing to disturb our sleep. Daytime noise from the sports area at the back of the site but not enough to be intrusive. Local supermarket is within walking distance.

    Super vriendelijk personeel. Wij verbleven in een lodge. Super mooi gedaan. Alles in orde. Kan online een bestelling plaatsen bij de bakker dat vervolgens in de ochtend klaarstaat naast de receptie. Zalig! Mega goeie service. Vroegen om een babybedje de dag op voorhand en het stond meteen klaar met vers gedekte lakentjes voor de baby. Kleine tip (muggenziften): graag ook enkele zakjes thee. Waterkoker en koffie wel aanwezig. Locatie is top! Meteen in het centrum op wandelafstand. Ieper is prachtig.

    Een kleine camping met daarbij wat Lodges en Glamping tenten. Wij zaten in een Lodge. 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 10 en 12 jaar, begin augustus. Natuurlijk is het niet super ruim maar de ruimte was er netjes en leuk ingericht. Het ontbreekt je aan eigenlijk niks. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, voor service zou ik het liefst 6 sterren geven. Het is vanaf de camping nog geen 10 minuten lopen naar de binnenstad Ieper en zo'n 5 minuten naar een supermarkt. Wat een parel is Ieper, maar daar gaat deze review niet over. De camping staat eigenlijk naast een touringcar garage maar daar hadden wij eerlijk gezegd geen last van gehad. (hoewel tussen onze lodge en de garage wat bomen en een (doodlopende) weg zat.) Ja, heel af en toe hoor je wat rustige werkgeluiden maar verder valt dat echt reuze mee. Eigenlijk ben je toch sowieso de hele dag op pad. Aanrader als uitvalsbasis voor Ieper en omgeving.
