  • You can cancel free of charge until at least 7 days before arrival. Between 7 days and 72h we charge 50% of the outstanding balance. Less than 72h before arrival, it is no longer possible to cancel and we will charge 100% of the outstanding balance.
  • In case of lockdown or border closure, the reservation will be cancelled free of charge.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, we will charge the total amount of the reservation. We do not require proof of cancellation but strictly adhere to the above conditions.
  • You can purchase cancellation insurance from an insurer of your choice if you wish, we do not offer this.
  • Force majeure clause: In the event of force majeure, the above cancellation terms and conditions expire. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: war or danger of war, insurrection, strikes, disturbances in the energy circuit or traffic, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions or any other circumstance as a result of which the manager cannot reasonably and fairly be expected to fulfill all or part of the agreement. In the event of force majeure preventing the provision of the bungalow, camper, camping or tent pitches, you will not be entitled to any compensation or refund of accommodation costs already paid. You will receive a voucher to the value of the already paid accommodation costs. This voucher serves as credit in a future reservation. The voucher must be compulsorily used within a period of 2 years.
