The campsite offers a beautiful seaside location with various facilities including swimming pools, restaurants, and a kids club that is highly appreciated by families. Staff are regularly described as friendly and helpful, and cleaning of accommodations and many sanitary facilities is generally good. However, the price-quality ratio raises many questions: guests experience high costs for extras such as sunbeds, activities, and supermarket products, while essential facilities like sanitary areas are often considered insufficient – too few showers and toilets, frequently cold water, and long waiting times. The beach is also perceived as too small and overcrowded, and the placement of camping pitches can be very uneven, affecting comfort.

We stayed in the mirami premium family apartments section of the resort. We booked 2 of these houses for the 2 generations of our family and the below problems were present in both of them.
The pictures online looked great but in reality the houses have nothing premium in them except for the price. They are of cheap quality materials, mostly just plastic.
The doors are squeaky (both handle and hinge) and some of them don't even open fully due to being jammed.
The beds are the cheapest metal frame beds I've slept in a long time. These were squeaky and unstable as well, We had to get one of them changed as the legs were bent.. Even in my old dormitory we had better beds.
The entire house is leaning, the floors are not level. The beads are placed in a way that the bed is in a DECLINING angle towards your head, so you have to sleep upside down...
I've been in some cheap dormitories so I can get around such discomforts, but it is totally unacceptable when I'm on a vacation, paying thousands of euros for a supposedly premium accommodation.
Not recommended at all. -

After a ten-hour trip with two small children, we were greeted extremely unfriendly at the front desk. We simply wanted to drive to our campsite briefly and pay the bill an hour later. This was flatly refused. According to the staff, this was a policy set by management. If that’s true, this rule is simply unfriendly to customers and should be abolished immediately. At least we received an apology two days later—I give the staff credit for that.
We had booked a premium campsite. What you get for that is average at best. Far more serious, however, is the condition of the entire facility.
Safety hazards are scattered throughout the campground—hazards that have no place at a family-friendly campground: exposed electrical outlets, damaged children’s showers with rusty and broken sections, and warped stair steps posing a significant risk of injury. Such defects don’t arise overnight—they’ve obviously been ignored for quite some time.
Cleanliness is also alarmingly poor. Some of the trash collection areas look like uncontrolled dumps. The beach cabanas, for which a hefty €40 per day is charged, were often heavily soiled. In the mornings, people who were drunk the night before are sometimes still sleeping there. The fact that these areas are apparently not even thoroughly cleaned before being rented out is, for this price, simply disrespectful to the guests.
The restroom facilities are also disappointing. Too few showers, often cold water, long wait times, and a regular lack of toilet paper—during peak season, this is completely inadequate.
In my opinion, the pool area is also a major point of criticism. It’s far too small for the size of the campground, the water was sometimes murky, and there are numerous spots where children could get hurt. At the same time, there was absolutely no supervision or visible oversight during our stay. On top of that, loud music and disruptive behavior by individual guests across the entire campground are apparently barely controlled.
The worst part, however, is that all these problems could be solved. The campground has a fantastic location and enormous potential. But there is clearly a lack of consistent leadership, quality control, and management willing to invest money in safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Unfortunately, my impression is clear: they charge a lot of money without delivering the corresponding standard. As long as nothing changes, I cannot recommend this campground to families with young children.this is a translation, click here for the original
Was man dafür bekommt, ist bestenfalls durchschnittlich.

Our vacation experience - overall conclusion We spent a total of 5 days at the resort and would like to summarize our experience. There were many positive moments, but also some points that could be improved. --- Arrival & accommodation Arrival went smoothly. Immediately after entering, you arrive at reception, where you are given a friendly welcome. The staff speak several languages, which makes communication much easier. Our accommodation was easy to find and easily accessible. The cleanliness was excellent and it was fully equipped for us: Air conditioning Two bathrooms (each with shower & WC) One double bed, two single beds and a pull-out couch Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need --- Offers & activities The resort offers a wide range of leisure activities: Paddleboard, jet ski, mini golf, basketball, soccer, volleyball, table tennis and various water sports equipment. Unfortunately, most of the activities are subject to a charge, which we think is a shame for a self-catering resort. The water course with bouncy castle is particularly overpriced at €22 per person. --- Pools & safety There are three small pools: A children's pool with four water slides A baby pool Another children's pool The sun loungers here are free of charge, which is a good thing. However, there are some negative points: The water for the water slides is often switched on very late or not at all Even after calling reception, it sometimes took over two hours for the water to finally turn on A real safety problem: the cover of a water siphon at the pool is loose. This creates an open hole at times, which is particularly dangerous for children. This should be urgently improved! --- Kids Club & evening program The Kids Club is a real highlight: Open from 9:00 - 12:00 and 15:00 - 18:00 The children are well looked after and there are lots of activities on offer For parents, this is a nice relief and change of pace In the evening there is a small entertainment program from 20:30 directly by the sea, next to the bar. The children are looked after by the entertainers while the parents can enjoy a cocktail or a delicious ice cream. Occasionally there is also live music, which makes for a relaxed end to the day. --- Food & Restaurants The food quality is really top! Large selection: Pizza, burgers & co. The pizza from the stone oven is particularly delicious Prices are fair and completely reasonable for the quality There is also a room delivery service, which can be ordered via a QR code in the kitchen. Minimum waiting time: approx. 45 minutes You can choose a time Delivery is punctual, the food arrives warm and tasty --- Sunbeds & costs on the beach One point that really bothered us: Two sun loungers with parasols on the beach cost €15 per day For a resort of this size, we would have expected at least a contingent of sunbeds to be included in the price --- Departure Unfortunately, the bad weather forced us to end our vacation early. After checking out on day 5, we therefore drove home. --- Conclusion The resort has a lot of potential and really offers many leisure activities. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and the food was excellent. The Kids Club and the evening program are a real plus for families. However, there are also clear points for improvement: Lots of additional offers for a fee High prices for sun loungers by the sea Problems with the water at the slides Safety deficiencies at the children's pool Nevertheless, we had a great time overall - we would recommend the resort, but with reservations. --- Our rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3 out of 5 stars)
