General information

Glamping vacations are becoming increasingly popular and this is reflected in the number of bookings. Yet it is not new: the trend came over from Africa several years ago. A wealthy man wanted to become one with the beautiful African nature during his safari, but did not want to give up the luxury he was so used to. The "safari tent" was born. Camping in the wild, but with an equipped kitchen, your own toilet and shower, a wonderful bed instead of a blow-up mattress.

In addition to a toilet and shower, the "safari tent plumbing is also equipped with a cozy kitchen, table, chairs and a closet for all your vacation outfits.

In this luxury safari tent there are standard four sleeping places: 1x double bed and a very sturdy bunk bed. Comforters and pillows are of course standard when you go glamping. Under sheets, comforter covers and pillowcases you have to bring your own or can easily be rented. You can also rent the baby kit, consisting of a safe crib and a sturdy high chair.

This sturdy safari tent has a wooden veranda and a luxurious lounge set under a spacious awning, so you can sit outside regardless of the weather. The canvas between the veranda and the living area can be partially or completely raised as you wish, creating even more living space: maximum enjoyment of the outdoors while still covered. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Croatian nature with a nice glass of wine and a book. And all that without having to cross the campsite with that eternal toilet roll under your arm!

    Cancellation or change of booking


    Reservations can only be cancelled in writing.

    Cancellation fees:

    • For cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged.
    • Cancellations between 60 and 28 days prior to arrival in the accommodation will be charged 60% of the travel fee.
    • Cancellations between 27 and 1 day before arrival in the tent will be charged 90% of the travel price.
    • Cancellations on the day of arrival at the accommodation will be charged in full.

    For changes made within 5 days of the booking date, the costs as stated in article 3 paragraph 1 may be waived by agreement

    The main booker can request changes to reservations up to 8 weeks before arrival at the accommodation. The change fee, if agreed, is €25.

    Changes involving partial cancellation are subject to the cancellation conditions for that part.

    If the reserved period is extended during the stay at the campsite, you must pay for the additional stay at the campsite, according to the prices listed on the website. No claim can be made to any offers.

    We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance at the time of booking. The premium is 5.5% of the travel sum, € 3.50 policy cost and 21% insurance tax (on premium and policy cost).

  • Payment information

    The following payment terms are applicable

    • Your deposit when booking is only 20% (payable within 7 days of booking).
    • 56 days before arrival you only need to pay the remaining payment (80%).
    • Important: when booking within 60 days before arrival at the accommodation, the entire travel sum must be paid immediately.

Park 846 is situated in a beautiful location directly by the sea, with ample parking and generally clean surroundings. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, good laundry facilities and diverse restaurant options. The beaches are accessible and the entertainment and pool facilities receive positive feedback. Areas for improvement include high prices for both accommodation and facilities, limited capacity and maintenance of the beaches, parking issues, inconsistent cleanliness in sanitary facilities, customer service at reception, varying shower quality, limited wifi functionality and drainage problems in some areas.

    Anything but a 4-star resort. Disappointing. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly, and the restrooms were generally not cleaned. The mini-golf course and dog park are very run-down. The soccer field and tennis court aren’t lit up in the evening—a shame for the kids. The cushions on the beach chairs—for which you pay a lot of extra … money—were very dirty. The beach was too small for the crowds. At the campground’s supermarket, the silicone seals on the refrigerated display cases were moldy. Saw it once—that was it. What a shame.

    Alles andere als ein 4 Sterne Platz. Enttäuschend . Am Empfang( Rezeption ) das Personal unfreundlich , Sanitäranlagen grundsätzlich nicht gereinigt.Minigolf ,Hundeplatz , sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Fußballplatz und Tennisplatz am Abend nicht beleuchtet schade für die Kids. Liegepolster der Liegen am Strand wo man viel Geld extra zahlt sehr verdreckt . Strand für die Menschenmasse zu klein. Im Supermarkt am Platz die Silikonfugen der Kühlregale verschimmelt. Einmal gesehen das war’s . Schade Marmelade .
