General information

The Camping Home Next offers a comfortable stay with a total living space of 30 m², complemented by a spacious 20 m² furnished terrace. Designed to accommodate up to 5 guests, this modern unit is equipped with air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with a sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, and coffee machine. The accommodation has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm). It also has two bathrooms with showers and hairdryers.

Fresh bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price, with linen changed every 7 days and towels every 2 days. Guests can also enjoy access to deck chairs and umbrellas by the pools (charges may apply), unlimited use of the water slide at the Activity pool, and a private parking space. A personal laptop safe is provided for peace of mind, and pets are welcome for an additional fee.

The campsite is beautifully located directly by the sea with spacious pitches and plenty of shade. Guests appreciate the cleanliness, swimming pool, entertainment, and restaurant. The park is also dog-friendly with dedicated facilities. However, there are significant waiting times at reception (up to 2 hours), sanitary facilities are outdated and often lack hot water. The beach is rocky and difficult to access, and many amenities cost extra (sunbeds €12, laundry €7). WiFi and the supermarket are subpar, and noise from the adjacent youth camp can be disruptive.

    The campground is very large (so don’t forget your bike or scooter)! The two pools are great!
    The sea and beach are very beautiful! Great sunbathing area and easy access to the sea!
    There’s a small supermarket on-site—of course, it’s more expensive than supermarkets outside the campground. There are several bakery stands at the campground where you can get fresh rolls until noon!

    There’s plenty for kids to do… playgrounds, a high ropes course, and an entertainment program.

    Definitely needs improvement: There are clearly not enough restroom facilities for the campground’s capacity! There are wait times for the showers every evening—and they’re quite long!

    Der Campingplatz ist sehr groß (also Fahrrad oder Roller nicht vergessen)! Die beiden Pools sind spitze!
    Meer / Strand sehr schön! Tolle Liegewiese und ideale Zugänge zum Meer!
    Kleiner Supermarkt am Platz vorhanden - natürlich teurer als Supermärkte außerhalb. Am CP gibt es mehrere Bäckerei Ständchen, in welchen bis Mittags Brötchen erhältlich sind!

    Für Kinder wird sehr viel geboten … Spielplätze, Hochseilgarten, Animationsprogramm.

    Unbedingt zu verbessern: Sanitär Häuser sind eindeutig zu wenig für die Kapazität des Platzes! Bei den Duschen ist täglich Abends Wartezeiten und das recht lange!

    We spent 14 days at Arena Camp Kazela and had a very nice, large campsite in the second row with plenty of space. Overall, we really liked the campground and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

    Until last week, it was pleasantly quiet and relaxed. However, once the school break began, the campground got significantly more crowded. We particularly noticed the restroom building near us. Although it’s cleaned regularly and the cleaning staff really try their best, it’s put under a lot of strain by large groups of teenagers. At times, the teenagers would linger in the washhouse for extended periods, use the sinks to charge their cell phones, lie on the sinks, and it was often very loud. As a result, despite the regular cleaning, the restroom building didn’t give the impression of being well-maintained. We think it would be helpful if the booking confirmation mentioned that there are large youth groups at the campground.

    The two pools are generally very nice. However, we noticed a lack of regular enforcement of the rules there. Children were jumping into the water, there was roughhousing, and even large inflatable toys were being used in the pool. We found this to be dangerous at times, especially for younger children or guests who simply wanted to swim in peace.

    Overall, the campground is in a very beautiful location, the campsites are spacious, and the facility makes a good impression. With a little more supervision in the pool area and better organization for larger youth groups, our stay would have been nearly perfect.

    Wir waren 14 Tage auf dem Arena Camp Kazela und hatten einen sehr schönen, großen Stellplatz in der zweiten Reihe mit viel Platz. Insgesamt hat uns der Campingplatz gut gefallen und wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

    Bis zur letzten Woche war es angenehm ruhig und entspannt. Mit Beginn der Ferien wurde der Platz allerdings deutlich voller. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns das Sanitärgebäude in unserer Nähe. Es wird zwar regelmäßig gereinigt und das Reinigungspersonal ist wirklich bemüht, allerdings wird es durch größere Jugendgruppen sehr stark beansprucht. Teilweise hielten sich die Jugendlichen über längere Zeit im Waschhaus auf, belegten die Waschbecken zum Laden ihrer Handys, lagen auf den Waschbecken und es war oft sehr laut. Dadurch machte das Sanitärgebäude trotz der regelmäßigen Reinigung keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Hier fänden wir es hilfreich, wenn bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen würde, dass sich größere Jugendgruppen auf dem Platz befinden.

    Die beiden Pools sind grundsätzlich sehr schön. Allerdings haben wir vermisst, dass dort regelmäßig auf die Einhaltung der Regeln geachtet wird. Kinder sprangen ins Wasser, es wurde getobt und auch große Schwimmtiere wurden im Pool genutzt. Das empfanden wir teilweise als gefährlich, insbesondere für kleinere Kinder oder Gäste, die einfach entspannt schwimmen möchten.

    Insgesamt ist der Campingplatz sehr schön gelegen, die Stellplätze sind großzügig und die Anlage macht einen guten Eindruck. Mit etwas mehr Kontrolle im Poolbereich und einer besseren Organisation bei größeren Jugendgruppen wäre unser Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt gewesen.

    This was our fourth time there, but unfortunately the quality and service are steadily declining.
    This campground is unfortunately no longer worth 5 stars.

    It’s extremely loud (whether during the day or at night), unsanitary (you can find sanitary pads everywhere), and Wi-Fi that doesn’t work or cold water starting around 4 p.m. has become the norm at this campground.
    Trash and vandalism everywhere you look. This has nothing to do with a vacation anymore.

    Wir waren nun das vierte Mal da aber leider nimmt das Niveau und der Service immer mehr ab.
    4 Sterne und der Preis ist dieser Campingplatz leider nicht mehr wert.

    Es ist extrem laut ( ob tagsüber oder nachts), unhygienisch ( Damenbinden sind überall zu finden ) WLan das nicht vorhanden ist oder kaltes Wasser ab ca. 16 Uhr ist mittlerweile Standard auf diesem Platz.
    Müll und Zerstörungen wohin man schaut..
    Der Tennisplatz zerfällt immer mehr und partymusik der Nachbarn hat man bis 02 Uhr nachts.
    Und nicht zu vergessen die E Scooter Fahrer, die für zahlreiche Unfälle und gefährliche Situationen sorgen ( besonders die Kinder)

    Eine Security auf diesem Campingplatz wäre hilfreich!

    Das hat nichts mehr mit Urlaub zutun.
