Ended up being very disappointed with our night’s stay here, the tent feels cramped for two (although listed to sleep 4!!) and was very expensive for what it was. There was a strong smell of wet dog and a lot of ants in the tent so didn’t feel very luxurious. It was also very noisy overnight and a street light right outside our tent made it very difficult to sleep. Would not recommend for the price.

Highly recommend! Beautiful venue! We visited during May half term and have already recommended to friends and family. Customer service was excellent from the team in reception, at the wellness suite and also the concierge who kindly gave us lifts not only from reception to room but also from beach up to wellness suite. The beach was stunning and very clean. Beds were comfortable and accommodation had everything we needed. The little cafe made very nice coffee (although wasn’t open on day of arrival it was after this). The only hitch was quite a few ants managed to find their way into the accommodation which I guess can be expected with glamping and the group of adults staying next door to us were extremely noisy during the second night - however the night team dealt with this promptly as soon as assistance was requested (which we were grateful of). Lovely place to visit and we would like to return in the future :)

When I asked whether the receptionist or supervisor herself had ever spent time or stayed overnight in the Premium Lodge you offer, I received the honest answer: "No". I am not surprised by this answer. Because if a responsible employee had actually stayed overnight in this accommodation herself, I would find it hard to understand why this product continues to be offered as a Premium Lodge in its current form. We arrived on 03.06.2026 and had originally booked a stay until 07.06.2026. However, due to the following shortcomings and circumstances, we were forced to leave the accommodation early. We felt that the construction of the tents was conducive to the formation of moisture and mold. In particular, the fabric wall to the bathroom area of our tent was extensively covered with mildew stains. Corresponding discoloration was also visible on the wooden beams, and a distinct smell of mould was already perceptible. Overall, the complex gives the impression that the accommodation is getting on in years and no longer meets the standard that you would expect from accommodation advertised as a "premium lodge". The basic idea of this type of accommodation is quite appealing, but the practical implementation is unfortunately not convincing. The so-called master bedroom was particularly problematic. Due to the steep slope of the roof, the room is so cramped that the person on the side of the bed facing the wall cannot even sit up without running the immediate risk of hitting their head. On the opposite side, the distance between the bed and the wall is only about ten centimeters. This makes it very difficult to get in and out of bed. In addition, the view from the bed falls directly onto untreated wooden beams, which adds to the already simple overall impression. Another significant shortcoming is the temperature inside the accommodation. As soon as the sun shines, the tent heats up quickly. Despite the air conditioning. While the children managed comparatively well in the upper sleeping area due to their smaller height, the room layout and limited usability represent a significant loss of comfort, especially for adults. When we asked for a discount or a concession, we were told that nothing more was possible because we had already paid in advance. For us, this means that we will no longer pay for accommodation in advance in future, not even via platforms such as Booking.com. Although we were offered a meal as compensation, we were already departing at this point and were therefore unable to take advantage of this offer. In conclusion, it should be noted that prices are being asked here that are beyond good and bad, and which raise high expectations in terms of quality and recreational value. In our case, however, these expectations were in no way fulfilled. Due to the shortcomings described, we cannot recommend the accommodation. Even for school classes or youth groups, we would not consider accommodation with the described moisture and mold problems to be appropriate, as they are also entitled to clean and mold-free accommodation.
