The most beautiful campsite on the entire Croatian coast. A green campsite, well maintained and beautiful. We have been twice to the Polari campsite in mobile homes and they are beautifully kept clean. The staff at the reception are very friendly also on the phone very helpful and everything you say goes . All the other staff are very friendly and when they are working in the morning you don't even notice them so you can sleep in peace. Seriously all praise for Maistro.

Najlepši kamp v celi hrvaški obali. Zelen kamp urejen in lep. Bili smo že dvakrat v kamp polari v mobilnih hišicah in so lepo urejene čiste.

After a brief WOW, the sobering reality. It was a spontaneous trip, not too far, perfect in terms of the pictures and the distance. Now to the important and interesting information: We booked a Mobile Home Deluxe with Jacuzzi, costing € 685.00 for 4 nights. Didn't sound expensive at first, there was a lot to see in the pictures and on the homepage that justified the price. So I booked, was delighted and set off. Arrived there, first impression WOW, reception café store, everything looked nice. Since I speak Croatian, the check-in was unproblematic, which I didn't like right away, I was given a map with all the opening hours scribbled on it with a pen and my house circled. With this card and lots of information in a nutshell, I was left to my own devices. In Italy 3 years earlier, for example, I and my family were taken to our mobile home after check-in. That didn't happen here, nor was there a joint check to make sure everything was there that needed to be there. Well, briefly to the house. It looked quite new with a few signs of wear and tear. The air conditioning didn't work, luckily it wasn't that hot so we didn't need it, some quirks, dirty upholstery, lots of stains from previous guests, in the dining room there was a corner sofa which was also a bed, unfortunately there were no bed linen or pillows etc.. Fortunately we had brought our own. The positive thing was that there were two bathrooms and the shower was quite large. Jacuzzi worked well and was also hot. All in all the house was ok. What is much worse about this resort are the prices in the small supermarket, the prices at the bar (Cola 0.2l converted € 3.80???????) the cola is imported from Serbia, which is certainly not so expensive to justify such a price! A scoop of ice cream is the equivalent of € 1.50, all outrageously expensive! With an average wage of € 600.00 in Croatia, it's an outrage to rip off tourists like this! In addition to all this, the beach is stony and there are large stones in the sea, so that a comfortable swim is not possible because you constantly get stuck on some stone and get stuck Zero points for beach and sea, pool landscape disaster, ice-cold water!!!! Totally unpleasant to swim! Very dangerous looks pictures, neither cared for nor maintained, nobody feels responsible for it, the white shafts break through, so that you hurt yourself badly, has happened and unfortunately, nobody cared! Solution, the staff put a lounger over the hole! Catastrophic conditions! Open screws in parts, see picture, non-functioning jets and I can't say it often enough, freezing cold! Toilets dirty generally filthy condition, and no matter what the kids wanted to play, bouncy castle, trampoline etc, they had to pay! Must be paid for! Even the loungers by the pool had to be paid for. Makes you wonder what you paid over €170.00 a night for! I can only say that the staff I spoke to were all nice but they were all aware of the shortcomings and all just shrugged their shoulders in the sense of well, what can we say, that's just the way it is... The manager couldn't be found, will come later tomorrow etc. I would recommend changing jobs! Please no automated answers from the manager, nobody needs them, I will never enter this resort again! And I already feel sorry for all those who vacation there after me. It could be a great resort but at some point someone started to be careless.

Also gebucht, riesig gefreut und losgefahren.
