I have been coming to Koversada for many years. Unfortunately, the changes in recent years have been predominantly negative for me. These include the price level, the often inconsiderate textile crowd, dog excrement on lawns and pitches, dogs in beach areas where dogs are banned. Much too small beach section in the nudist area and uniform planting with monoculture to separate the plots. Too few showers and toilets in the main season (waiting times!) A unique natural site has been turned into an expensive vacation resort from the drawing board. The selection of pitches is now only possible on foot, which is unreasonable given the size of the site (shortest distance from reception to the sea approx. 30 min). The new showers only provide hot water when you want it...

Not a good start - thanks to Mrs. Mirna an unforgettable one... We arrived at Koversada without a reservation and were immediately greeted by a system failure. Okay...can happen... After 20 minutes of waiting, I politely asked if we could drive in with the motorhome - after 6 hours of traveling, you start to get hungry. Answer: No. I offered to wait in the motorhome until the system was working again and they could call me on my cell phone - they accepted. After another 25 minutes (45 minutes in total), it was getting sauna-like in the car. Back to reception. System still dead. Another question as to whether we could go to our seat in the meantime (booking confirmation was now available by email) - again no. Then the legend entered the stage: Ms. Mirna. With the cordiality of a bad-tempered bouncer in a disco at 4 a.m., she intervened without being asked and hissed at us to wait. When I tried to write her name down, I got the absolute bull's eye: "You don't need to, you can't read anyway!"Chapeau, Ms. Mirna. I've never experienced such a dose of brazen arrogance at a Maestra Group reception desk. Respect for this masterstroke. Luckily, Mrs. Amalia came over, apologized immediately and finally sorted things out. Then we went to the campsite. The campsite itself is okay - no more and no less. Great location right by the sea, but the sanitary facilities near us are in need of renovation and some of them are rather mediocre in terms of cleanliness. Conclusion: Nice place, but the reception was so legendarily bad thanks to Mrs. Mirna that it ruined the whole first impression. I'll remember the name - but not in a positive way.

Unfortunately, a cycle path runs directly along the sea and therefore along the pitches in the first row. Unfortunately, many scooters and e-bikes very fast and reckless on the road.
