The house stands on a fenced private plot where the owner also lives, but you have a large part of the grounds entirely to yourselves. There’s plenty of room to chill outside, play games or fire up the barbecue. The wide sandy beach is about 4 km away and the lively centre of Kołobrzeg about 3.5 km, so you’re close to everything while still staying in a quiet spot.

Inside, the two-storey house is simple, comfortable and made for relaxed get-togethers. On the ground floor you’ll find a living room with TV and a dining table for long evenings of chatting, cards or board games. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for easy cooking with the whole group. Also on this level are two separate double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs there’s a spacious open-plan area with a large double bed and an extra seating corner – ideal if someone in the group wants a bit more space or a cosy place to relax with a book. Outside the summer season, the house can be heated, so it’s also a fine base for a spring or autumn break at the sea.

The covered terrace is the natural hangout spot: relax on the garden furniture, enjoy breakfast outside or light up the barbecue in the evening. On the shared grounds you’ll also find a barbecue gazebo and a trampoline – great fun if you’re travelling with a mixed group including kids. Parking is available on the fenced property, and bed linen, towels, water, electricity and final cleaning are all included in the price.

From here you can easily switch between the quieter western beach and the livelier eastern beach, where you’ll find more entertainment and water sports. In Kołobrzeg itself you can stroll along the seaside promenade and pier, wander through the seaside park and old town, and visit the lighthouse, cathedral, harbour and oceanarium.

Fancy a day trip with a bit more adrenaline? Head to Pomerania Fun Park in Dygowo (about 15 km away), with rides, trampolines, a Viking village and a mini zoo.
