Forest walks, the nearby golf course and the charming harbour town of Østerby Havn are all just a short drive or bike ride away. In Østerby you’ll find shops, supermarkets and several restaurants – perfect for stocking up or going out for dinner and drinks.

Inside, the house feels bright, modern and welcoming. The living room has large windows that flood the space with light and a cosy wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. The open-plan kitchen and dining area make it easy to cook, chat and enjoy a long meal together at the table.

With 3 spacious bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for up to 6 people. On top of that, there’s a loft with mattresses – an ideal chill-out spot where older kids or friends can retreat for some privacy, a movie night or a late-night chat. The bathroom comes with comfortable underfloor heating, so even mornings feel a bit more luxurious.

Outside, you’ve got two lovely terraces, one of which is covered. That means you can sit outside with a drink, barbecue or play games together, even if the weather is a bit mixed. There’s also a practical outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen with table and sink – perfect for cleaning freshly caught fish or prepping food in the open air. If you arrive with an electric car, you can easily charge it at the house.
