General information

This tastefully decorated safari tent has a living area of about 25 square meters, with standing room in the entire tent and equipped with a lovely spacious terrace with awning.

The completely equipped kitchen has a four-burner thermally protected gas stove and is on wheels that can be moved outside, so you can enjoy cooking outside!

In the back of the tent are two sleeping cabins. One sleeping cabin has a double bed and the other sleeping cabin has a bunk bed.

Outside on the terrace you will find garden furniture and a barbecue.

What you should know about the park

Just 600 km from the Netherlands and only 20 minutes from the Wadden Island of Rømø, with the widest sandy beach in Northern Europe, is Ballum campsite. This quiet and sheltered nature campsite on the edge of the Wadden Sea National Park is a paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and cyclists. Nearby you will find historic towns such as Tønder, Møgeltønder and Ribe. At the campsite there is plenty for the children to do while you enjoy the nature and surroundings.

    Eine Gegend mit viel Ruhe - es gibt nicht allzu viel ringsum. Dafür ein perfekt organisierter Platz mit engagiertem Personal. Alles sauber, schick, große Stellplätze, Brötchenservice, verschiedene Foodtrucks und Händler ab und an auf dem Platz. Danke - wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Super cozy campsite. Toilets are exceptionally clean and the showers are as well. Staff is nice and the atmosphere is lovely. Great playground for children and beach is short distance away.

    Ein sehr schöner Campingplatz, der mal nicht so riesengroß und unübersichtlich ist. Die Stellplätze sind sehr großzügig und toll angelegt. Hier findet jeder seine geeignete Größe. Hervorzuheben ist, dass der Campingplatz sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Hier kann wirklich jeder entspannen. Die sanitären Anlagen, waren sehr sauber und gut zu erreichen. Die Anzahl der Toiletten und duschen sind sehr großzügig bedacht. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit an der Information, sind nicht zu übertreffen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation über die hauseigene App. Hier wird richtig mitgedacht und der Service auf jeden Fall erweitert. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und sollten wir noch einmal nach Dänemark 🇩🇰 fahren, würden wir diesen Campingplatz bestimmt ansteuern. Dieser Platz ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

    Wie immer sehr gut! Ruhig, sauber und sehr freundlich! Ideal zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Wie jedes Jahr! Für jeden zu empfehlen, der einmal dem Alltagsstress entkommen möchte. Zudem absolut empfehlenswert für Hundehalter. Sehr schön gepflegte Auslaufwiese! Wir können einige schlechte Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Gerade im Bereich des Preises. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig angerufen und wie immer einen tollen XL-Platz bekommen. 3 Nächte mit 2 Personen, Hund Auto mit Dachzelt. Dann noch für die Nachzügler 2 Nächte mit Wohnwagen auf dem selben Platz. Alles in allem, inkl. Strom und Dusche für alle glatte 19.- pro Nacht. Wer dazu meint, es sei „zu teuer“, der soll sich lieber in seinem Garten eingraben. Falls er einen hat…. Bis nächstes Jahr! Wir freuen uns!
