General information

Experience the ultimate glamping feeling in the spacious safari tent of 38m², equipped with a private bathroom (please bring your own towels). This comfortable tent accommodates 4 people and is perfect for a relaxing holiday. You'll sleep wonderfully on the two box spring beds (80x200) with mosquito nets in the main area. For the children, there is a separate sleeping area with a bunk bed (80/90x200) and also mosquito nets, so everyone can enjoy a good night's sleep. Upon arrival, the beds are already made – now that's a holiday!

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: a 4-burner gas stove (or electric, depending on the location), a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and running hot and cold water. In the cozy dining area, consisting of a bench and two chairs, you can eat together and make plans for the day.

Outside, you'll find a spacious veranda with two lounge chairs where you can enjoy outdoor living. Thanks to the veranda, you'll spend most of your holiday outside: from breakfast in the morning sun to relaxing with a book in the afternoon.

The safari tent has electricity and combines luxury with the adventurous feeling of camping. A perfect base for an unforgettable holiday!

    We had a fantastic time at Camping l'Ardéchoise in Gluiras. The campsite is in a beautiful and quiet location in the heart of the Ardèche, surrounded by nature and with magnificent views over the hills. The pitches are spacious, neatly maintained and offer sufficient privacy.|What made our stay extra special was the hospitality of the owners. They are extremely friendly, helpful and make you feel immediately welcome. The facilities are excellent: the sanitary facilities are clean, there is a nice pool and there are plenty of opportunities for children to have fun. From the campsite you can also make beautiful walks and trips in the area.||In short: highly recommended for anyone who loves peace, nature and hospitality. We will definitely come back here again!

    We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad op Camping l’Ardéchoise in Gluiras. De camping ligt op een prachtige en rustige locatie in het hart van de Ardèche, omringd door natuur en met schitterend uitzicht over de heuvels. De plaatsen zijn ruim, netjes onderhouden en bieden voldoende privacy.||Wat ons verblijf extra bijzonder maakte, was de gastvrijheid van de eigenaren. Ze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zorgen ervoor dat je je meteen welkom voelt. Er hangt een gemoedelijke sfeer waardoor je je meteen thuis voelt.||De faciliteiten zijn uitstekend: het sanitair is schoon, er is een fijn zwembad en er zijn genoeg mogelijkheden voor kinderen om zich te vermaken. Vanuit de camping kun je bovendien mooie wandelingen en uitstapjes maken in de omgeving.||Kortom: een echte aanrader voor iedereen die houdt van rust, natuur en gastvrijheid. Wij komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

    We spent an excellent week at the L'Ardechois campsite and were wonderfully welcomed. The mobile homes are very clean, spacious and well equipped (utensils, etc.). The staff are unbelievably friendly (they even went shopping with us as we didn't have a car). The catering is top-notch: they even went out in front of our mobile home to serve us. Thank you so much !

    Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au camping L’Ardechois et nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis. Les mobiles homes qui sont très propres, spacieux et très équipés (ustensiles,…). Le personnel rien n’a dire ils sont doté d’une gentillesse incroyable (ils nous ont même accompagné faire les courses car on avait pas de véhicule). La restauration rien n’a dire ils se déplacent même devant notre mobiles homes pour nous servir. Merci infiniment |À refaire !!

    A campsite to avoid! This trip turned into a nightmare for us! We arrived in the middle of a heatwave and were told that the water was undrinkable! Unbearable heat in the tiny mobile homes. A fridge that doesn't work. A shower that's either freezing or scalding hot and clogged. But that's not the worst of it... a gastro epidemic in the campsite made my son very ill and we had to rush back to Paris! It's scandalous! The staff don't speak French etc ... the only positive thing are the mosquito nets on the windows and the little river below. Very disappointed, I'll never go back.

    Un camping à fuir absolument ! Ce voyage c'est transformer en cauchemar pour nous ! En pleine canicule nous arrivons et on nous annonce que l'eau n'est pas potable ! Une chaleur insoutenable dans les mobilhome qui sont minuscules. Un frigo qui ne fonctionne pas. Une douche soit gelée soit brûlante et de plus bouchée. Mais ce n'est pas le pire ... une épidémie de gastro dans le camping à rendu mon fils très malade et nous avons du rentrée en urgence sur Paris ! C'est scandaleux ! Le personnel ne parle pas français etc .. la seule chose de positive ce sont les moustiquaires aux fenêtres et la petite rivière en contre bas . Très déçue je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds.
