  Change of stay Unless otherwise stated in the Special Terms and Conditions of each campsite, the following provisions apply in case of a modification of your stay. You can request to change the dates and/or type of accommodation of your stay at our campsite, provided your request is received by us by email at least 21 days before the original arrival date. You must then book a new stay at our campsite in the same season as the original stay was planned, subject to availability and applicable rates. Your original stay can be changed no more than once. If you are unable to take the replacement stay, it will be considered as canceled and any amounts paid will not be refunded. If the cost of the replacement stay is higher than that of the original stay, you must pay the difference. If you do not do so, the replacement stay will be considered canceled and our cancellation conditions below will apply. If the cost of the replacement holiday is lower than the cost of the original holiday, we will retain the difference in costs as compensation for the loss incurred due to the change in your holiday.

  Cancellation of the stay Unless otherwise stated in the Special Terms and Conditions of each campsite, the following provisions apply in the event of cancellation. Cancellation by you Every cancellation must be communicated to us in writing via a valid medium (by email, registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, etc.) ● If your email or registered letter is sent more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit, paid reservation fees, and, if applicable, the amounts paid for cancellation insurance will be retained by the campsite. ● If your letter is sent between the 30th and 15th day before your arrival, the deposit, the reservation fees paid at the time of booking, and, if applicable, the cancellation insurance paid at the time of booking, will be retained by the campsite; the remaining balance of your stay will be applied to your next stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year from the date of your original stay. If you booked your stay less than 30 days before the arrival date and your cancellation letter is submitted 15 days or more before this date, the amounts corresponding to the amount of the deposit, reservation fees, and the contribution for any cancellation insurance taken out as referred to in article 2 of these General Conditions will be retained by the campsite; for the remaining amount, a credit will be issued which can be used for a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked in the same season as the canceled stay or in the following season. ● If your letter is sent less than 15 days before the arrival date, all costs already paid to the campsite will be retained by the campsite. We recommend that you take out cancellation or interruption insurance with your reservation to receive any possible compensation.

  Notwithstanding the above, ● if your cancellation is due to you living in an area where, on the start date of your stay, a restriction measure is in force that prohibits residents from traveling to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the amount of the paid deposit, reservation costs and, if applicable, the amounts paid for cancellation insurance will be retained by the campsite; the remainder will be applied to your next stay at the campsite, which must be booked within one year from the date of your original stay. This also applies if your cancellation letter is sent to us less than 15 days before your stay begins; ● if your cancellation is due to force majeure, that is, an unforeseeable, unavoidable, and external event (beyond your control), all amounts paid by you will be refunded.

  Cancellation by the campsite If we are forced to cancel a reservation confirmed to you, we will inform you as soon as possible by email; the amounts paid will be fully refunded within the timeframe specified in the Special Terms and Conditions for each campsite.

  Cancellation insurance Our prices do not include travel insurance. This is optional and can be offered in the Special Terms and Conditions.

• Payment information

  All reservation requests must be accompanied by:

  the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay, together with the cost of the services reserved, including VAT and, if applicable, also including tourist tax. However, the campsite may apply a different amount, which will be indicated in the Special Conditions, the payment of booking fees, the amount of which is specified in the Special Conditions for each campsite, cancellation insurance, if taken out. The reservation is only binding upon receipt by you of the written confirmation by e-mail, which summarizes all the information regarding your stay.

  The amount of the stay, together with the cost of the services booked, including VAT, and if applicable, the tourist tax, must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. If the balance is not paid by the aforementioned deadline, the stay will be considered cancelled and our cancellation policy as described below will apply.

  All reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless more favorable terms may be mentioned.
