  There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodations with fixed dates according to French consumer law. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or registered letter. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the 30% deposit plus administration fees remain due. If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount plus administration fees and any insurance costs remain due. If the park cancels (except in cases of force majeure), amounts already paid will be refunded without additional compensation.

• Payment information

  A deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately upon reservation.
