We arrived at the park just after the school vacations late at night, the reception was closed by then. We stayed in a gypsy wagon and it turned out to be incredibly dirty. At this park you have the choice of paying for final cleaning or doing it yourself. The previous vacationers had obviously chosen to do it themselves and there was no proper inspection by the park afterwards (or they just didn't care), because it the gypsy wagon was incredibly dirty inside. The bed stank of urine (and you could see the stains too) and there was even a used, dirty dish towel in the cutlery drawer. These are just a few examples. I started cleaning it myself because otherwise you really didn't want to sleep there. By the way, the general washroom near the entrance was also filthy and smelled of feces. Since it was already late, we couldn't complain right away that night. For us, the whole stay was already ruined by this arrival and we wanted our money back. This they were not going to do. We would only get the money back from the first night and they were going to clean the gypsy wagon. No thanks, I'm not going to lie on mattresses and bedding full of urine. In the end we left without getting our money back except for the first night. That we did this and left our money there does indicate how dirty it was and how bad our feeling was with this park. We will never book a vacation with Huttopia again.
