General information

Stay in this unique accommodation that combines the best of a tent and a chalet. At night you will sleep comfortably under the tent canvas on the upper floor, while during the day you can relax in the cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen of the wooden cabin on the first floor.

The Cahuttes were located on stilts in the middle of the trees, giving you an unforgettable experience! This accommodation, with a spacious terrace of 16 m², can accommodate up to 5 people and is fully equipped. Plus point: bed linen and towels are included!

On the first floor you will find a common room with a kitchenette (including sink, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishes), a dining area and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the upper floor, under the canvas, there are sleeping places with 1 double mattress (140 × 200) and 3 single mattresses (60 × 200).

Outside you can enjoy a wooden terrace with table and chairs, a parasol, 2 folding chairs and a plancha.

    Great location, as with most Huttopia sites. This one is intended more for guests staying in mobile homes or rental tents. The washhouse—which has two showers, two restrooms, and a washroom—was cleaned only once over the weekend. There’s also no chemical toilet for RVs or campers—an absolute outrage! This has nothing to do with their supposed … environmental awareness. When I asked about it, I was told I could empty my toilet at the Super U in Dieulefit—that’s just my kind of humor.
    We won’t be visiting this campground again—what a shame.

    Tolle Lage wie bei den meisten Huttopiaplätzen. Dieser hier ist eher für Nutzer von Mobile Homes/Mietzelten gedacht. Das Waschhaus mit je 2 Duschen, Toiletten und Waschraum wurde übers Wochenende nur 1x gereinigt. Es gibt auch keine chemische Toilette für Wohnwagen /Camper, ein absolutes Unding! Das hat mit dem angeblichen Umweltbewusstsein nichts zu tun. Auf meine Frage bekam ich zur Antwort, ich könne meine Toilette beim Super U in Dieulefit entleeren, genau mein Humor.
    Wir werden diesen Platz nicht mehr besuchen, schade.

    Kevin’s phone call before our stay to give us the details and a warm welcome; the facilities, restrooms, pool, beach volleyball, lake, bar, the forest spa with a view of the lake—incredible—the hike starting right from the campground (watch out for the steep climb for the kids on the way to the chapel), the weather, the Drôme region, Dieulefit, … the lavender fields, and the smile at checkout—a must-visit. It’s perfect in September—quiet with just the right number of people. We’ll definitely be back.

    Le coup de fil de Kevin avant le séjour pour donner les infos et la bienvenue, les installations, sanitaires, piscine, beach volley, lac, bar, le spa forestier avec vue sur le lac, incroyable, la rando directement depuis le camping (attention au dénivelé pour les kids jusqu'à la chapelle), la météo, la Drôme, Dieulefit, la lavande et le sourire au check out, un must, top en septembre avec du calme et un peu de monde, comme il faut, on reviendra.

    Everything was perfect—the staff and management were wonderful and really attentive to our needs. The setting was incredibly pleasant, with greenery everywhere and the campsites well-spaced apart, so we had plenty of privacy. The lake was beautiful, and the spa was fantastic.
    We had a wonderful time as a family.

    Tout était parfait, le personnel et la direction était adorable et totalement à notre écoute. Le cadre était super agréable, de la verdure de partout les emplacements très espacer du coup nous avions notre intimité. Le lac magnifique, le SPA était top.

    The location is good. You can walk or bike into town easily. There are good walks above the campsite with some excellant walks. The walk to the chapel is stunning and the views are phenomenal.

    The site is wooded. There are two swimming pools which I used. They were good. The reception, bar were well laid out and coffee was good.

    The … site is an excellent place to visit if staying in Huttopia accomodation. (Which we were not)

    I would though not recommend it for camping vans. There was limited space for these at the very edge of the campsite. There was no privacy between each camping area. It was very much like a car park, which it was sired next to.

    It was also a long walk down to the pools and lake.

    Thankfully there was a small washing block for us.
