This campsite is beautifully situated in a forested area with views over Lake Geneva and the Alps. Guests especially appreciate the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who actively assist and provide a warm welcome. The location offers tranquility and nature, with direct access to hiking trails and cycling distance to Geneva. The pool is child-friendly and the pizzas and bread service are well-liked, though waiting times can sometimes be long. However, there are areas for improvement: the pool and sanitary facilities need renovation, pitches are on slopes which isn't always ideal, and capacity can be insufficient during busy periods.

We chose this campsite based on its official photos and rating, but unfortunately our stay was far below expectations.
Our cabin had no mosquito screens on the windows or doors. During our stay, temperatures reached 35–36°C, so we had to keep the windows open at night. As a result, the cabin filled with insects every evening, making it very difficult to sleep.
The cabin also had no fans or coffee maker. After asking at reception, we were given two very old, noisy fans and a rusty coffee maker that we did not feel comfortable using.
The rooms are much smaller than they appear in the official photos, and the website does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the campsite. It is less clean and less green than advertised. The internal gravel roads create a lot of dust whenever vehicles pass by.
Another disappointment was that workers were staying in the cabins next to ours. Every morning they left early, talked loudly, and left their vehicle engines running. I understand they were simply going to work, but for guests trying to enjoy a relaxing holiday after uncomfortable, hot nights, this was very disruptive.
Considering the price and rating of this campsite, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and facilities. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it and would not stay here again. -

The usual wonderful Huttopia atmosphere. The staff and the other campers create a lovely spot in the woods to enjoy time with the family.
There are activities and great recommendations for hiking trails. They showed the World Cup final on a big screen, and the kids created a wonderful atmosphere.
The pool is starting to show some wear around the edges—but it’s still perfectly usable.this is a translation, click here for the original

I never leave bad reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to... A very bad experience. We had booked two Colombia chalets for three nights, but we only stayed one night.
Since it was hot, I had called ahead to ask if the bungalows were “bearable” because we were traveling as a family with a young girl and a baby. I was assured over the phone that it would be fine, that our bungalow was shaded, and that there were fans.
It was 32° in the bungalow in the middle of the night, and there were no fans. The bungalow was hard to get to, the couch was broken, dishes were missing, and we were “lucky” to have seasonal worker neighbors who decided to have a late and loud happy hour.
If the person on the phone had been honest, we wouldn’t have made the trip for nothing... So we decided to leave, and it was impossible to get any refund at all—not even for the nights we didn’t stay. This was despite having cancellation insurance and making requests to headquarters.
I do not recommend this placethis is a translation, click here for the original

Cockroaches everywhere—in the furnished tent and the furnished mobile home—and the same goes for the restrooms: hair everywhere and cockroaches as a welcome. I’ll let you see for yourselves (except for the restrooms—you know why).
