Great natural setting, a lake right next to the campground, spacious sites, very clean restrooms, and friendly staff. However, it’s a bit pricey—especially with a dog (€7/day)—for no associated services (notably, no poop bag dispensers or corresponding trash cans…which is the bare minimum for a nature-oriented site that welcomes pets—especially when so many people seem to think that “nature” means “I’ll leave my dog’s poop for others to clean up...” A little awareness-raising with owners upon arrival wouldn’t hurt… you provide bags for recycling… so why not make bags available for the ill-mannered ones 😉. Another point: a 25-euro booking fee when you book through the call center is excessive, especially since there’s no guarantee of securing a specific site number even if it was available during the call. To be sure of getting the spot you want—if it’s available—expect to pay an additional €100...
At this price, camping here loses its economic appeal.

Friendly staff, clean and well-equipped campground

Few spots available during peak season. Of course, there are lots of families, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, choose another campground. There’s also a lot of congestion at the showers and restrooms, which are in limited supply. Be prepared to wait in line for your morning bathroom break.
Some campsites offer a particularly stunning view of the lake. The large terrace at the reception area is also very pleasant at any time of day.

Friendly and helpful staff. However, the campground is overpriced, with sloped “nature” sites that are tiny—you can see right into each other’s spaces. Way too expensive for what it is. You’re paying for the brand name… The lake is hard to get to. The pool is okay. The restrooms are clean but there aren’t enough of them. The only plus: Morning activities for kids ages 5–12.

The campground is in a good location, but there are way too many kids everywhere. It’s like a playground 24/7. There’s no peace and quiet with all the kids screaming, and the pool acts like a giant echo chamber. Kids are great, but this is too much.
Otherwise, the campground is beautiful, well-located with easy access to the beach, and the option to dock a boat at the Siauve Yacht Club’s pier.
There aren’t enough restrooms and showers—just 3 showers and 4 toilets (including one child-sized one)—and there are long lines to use them. Same goes for the dishwashing area, which has only 3 sinks. That’s for the facility near the pool that serves the lower part of the campground.
