    At €132 a night, I had no idea that a Huttopia tent on sale until November could have no heating (information that doesn't appear anywhere on their website). Result: soup frozen on the sink in the morning, emergency purchase of 3 space heaters from ElectroDépôt, and a sick 2-year-old girl. Reservation at €1,244 for 12 people, immediate notification to reception, no solution proposed. Customer service then contacted: flat refusal, without even responding to the facts. Disappointing for a brand that presents itself as premium in glamping. Modification after post: we were reimbursed for one night.

    A very nice campsite the pitches are large and natural with lots of shade from trees! The sanitary facilities were super everywhere warm water and very well maintained! The campsite is to be recommended!

    First and probably last huttopia experience for us Everything is extra .... 90 euros cleaning fee for 20m² (for which you have to throw out your trash yourself and unmake your beds....) 17 euros for laundry + 40 euros for sheets The pool is advertised as heated and is only 15 degrees at the end of May.... The morning bread is hard for what is supposed to be fresh. Staff not very friendly on the phone Fortunately, the bungalow was 🙏🏼. We left a night early
