  5.3.2 Cancellation of the Stay by the Customer

  Any cancellation request must be sent by email only to contact@domainedesfeuilles.com. You must ensure that your email has been properly received (a cancellation confirmation will be sent by email within 48 hours). Cancellations communicated by telephone will not be taken into account.

  Any cancellation results in the termination of the reservation, and the Domaine reserves the right to re-offer the accommodation for rental.

  For stays WITHOUT cancellation insurance

  For the following reasons, up to the date of arrival: • Closure of borders by administrative decision • Restriction of travel to a limited number of kilometers by administrative decision, making it impossible to reach the campsite • In the event of hospitalization, serious accident, or death of an ascendant or descendant (siblings, brothers- or sisters-in-law, sons- or daughters-in-law, parents-in-law, parents, legal guardian, or grandparents)

  A voucher corresponding to the full amount paid, valid for 1 year, will be issued by the campsite. If the customer refuses this voucher, the corresponding amount will be refunded upon request.

  For all other reasons • Case 1: Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the stay (D+30): The 30% deposit of the total stay amount will be retained by the Domaine as cancellation fees. The amounts paid, minus the deposit, will be refunded. • Case 2: Cancellation between 30 and 8 days before the start of the stay (D-30 to D-8): 50% of the total stay amount will be retained by the Domaine as cancellation fees. The amounts paid, minus the retained amount, will be refunded. • Case 3: Cancellation between 7 days and the day of arrival (D-7 to D-0): The full amount paid, representing the total stay amount, will be retained by the Domaine. No refund will be issued.

  If the customer fails to arrive at the Domaine without having informed the Domaine in advance by mail or email, the reservation will be considered cancelled by the customer. The Domaine therefore reserves the right to re-offer the accommodation for rental.

  In the event of cancellation, any amount paid using holiday vouchers (chèques vacances) cannot be refunded, in accordance with Article L.112-14 I of the Monetary and Financial Code. In this case, a non-refundable voucher, valid for 1 year, will be issued for the amount paid with holiday vouchers, possibly reduced by the deposit, in accordance with the conditions stated above.

  For stays WITH cancellation insurance • Case 1: Cancellation more than 8 days before the start of the stay (D+8): The amounts paid for the reservation will be converted into a voucher valid for one calendar year or refunded upon request of the customer. (Excluding the cancellation insurance fee.) • Case 2: Cancellation between 8 days and the day of arrival (D-8 to D-0): A voucher for the amounts paid will be issued, valid for one calendar year. (Excluding the cancellation insurance fee.)

  During the stay

  In the event of refusal to access an accommodation (fear, fear of heights), the Domaine will make every effort to offer the customer alternative accommodation, subject to availability (with or without an additional charge depending on the applicable rate).

  The Service Provider cannot be held responsible in the event of early departure by the customer. No compensation may be claimed.

• Payment information

  30% within 7 days after making the reservation, and the remaining amount 30 days before arrival.
