  Cancellation Policy

  Without cancellation insurance

  • +30 days prior to arrival: 30% cancellation charge
  • 30 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation charge
  • 7 to 0 days prior to arrival: no refund

  For certain exceptions (such as border closure, travel restrictions, hospitalization or death of immediate family member), you will receive a credit valid for 1 year or refund on request.

  With cancellation insurance

  • +8 days before arrival: refund or credit (excluding insurance costs)
  • 8 to 0 days before arrival: voucher valid for 1 year

  Cancellations must always be made by e-mail. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

• Payment information

  30% within 7 days of making the reservation, and the remaining amount 30 days prior to arrival.
