The setting is idyllic, with cliffs stretching as far as the eye can see and a peaceful natural environment. As for the bungalow’s location, there’s nothing to complain about, but the hygiene is absolutely deplorable—the mattress was in a disgusting state, the bathrooms were dirty—we had to buy our own sponges and cleaning products for the dishes … and the washing machine—and there were no towels or soap provided. The pool water was disgusting—maybe because we arrived at the end of the season? In short, the staff was pleasant except for the manager, who was very condescending and really not at all pleasant... The decor was very nice—very nostalgic. As for the atmosphere, it was very boring.

Le cadre est paradisiaque avec ses falaises à perte de vue et la nature reposante, en ce qui concerne l'emplacement du bungalow rien à redire, ce qui concerne l'hygiène est plus que déplorable, le matelas dans un état dégueulasse, les pièces d'eau sales, nous avons dut acheter les éponges, produits nettoyage pour la vaisselle, la machine a laver, pas de serviettes et savon à disposition, l'eau de la piscine dégueulasse, peut-être parce que nous sommes arrivés en fin de saison ? Bref le personnel agréable sauf la gérante qui nous a bien prit de haut et vraiment pas du tout agréable...niveau déco très appréciable, beaucoup de nostalgie. Enfin pour l'ambiance, très ennuyeux.

Expérience très décevante au Medrose Camping.
- Réservation et gestion :
Mobil-home réservé auprès de Homair Vacances. Le service client Homair est catastrophique : en cas de litige, ils se dédouanent complètement sur le camping et refusent d'assumer leurs responsabilités de vendeur.
- Localisation :
Le camping est … complètement excentré et loin de tous les sites touristiques de l'Ardèche. Comptez au moins 1 h de route pour chaque visite (établissement géographiquement plus proche de la Drôme que des incontournables de l'Ardèche).
- Hébergement et nuisances :
Logement en mauvais état (traces d'infiltration d'eau) et situé en vis-à-vis direct des sanitaires collectifs : projecteurs braqués sur le mobil-home toute la nuit, passage continuel et bruits de nettoyage à 2 h du matin. Zéro intimité et aucun repos possible.

Seule réaction de l'équipe : proposer un paravent à 24 h du départ...
