    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

    The campground’s location right on the lake—and the view—is just magnificent 😍. However, the water isn’t very clean for swimming… there’s a huge amount of silt.
    The staff—and especially the manager—are unpleasant and speak in a completely inappropriate tone!
    I went to pick up my baguette at 8 a.m. (when the bakery opens), and the manager snapped at me, told me it wasn’t ready, and ordered me to come back 20 minutes later—without apologizing, of course! When I came back, she was sitting with some regulars from the campground, drinking a cup of coffee, and when she saw me, she didn’t even bother to get up...
    This woman knows nothing about kindness, respect, or smiling... she’d be better off changing careers. Thankfully, her husband makes up for it.

    L'emplacement du camping au bord du lac et donc la vue est juste magnifique 😍 par contre il n'est pas très propre pour s'y baigner... énorme quantité de vases.
    Le personnel et surtout la gérante sont désagréables, parlent sur un ton totalement inadapté !
    Je suis allée chercher ma baguette à 8h (heure d'ouverture pour le pain), la gérante me remballe, me dit que ce n'est pas prêt et m'ordonne de revenir 20 min plus tard sans s'excuser bien évidemment ! Quand je reviens elle est assise avec des habitués du camping en train de boire 1 café et en me voyant elle ne bouge absolument pas...
    Cette dame ne connaît ni la bienveillance ni le respect ni les sourires...elle ferait mieux de changer de métier. Heureusement que son mari relève le niveau.

    The welcome, location, service, and clean restrooms—it’s got it all!

    A wonderful welcome, and the staff was extremely accommodating to the four of us cyclists despite a booking issue. A quiet and welcoming campground in a beautiful, unspoiled setting. The pizzas were excellent. We highly recommend it.

    A very nice campground with a magnificent view of the lake. The activities end a little early and there aren’t many yet, but I think that will improve over time, and it would be great for young people. Despite that, I recommend this campground without hesitation. A big thank you to Margot, who was exceptional: always smiling, kind, and in a good mood. Keep it up—it’s really appreciated! (Margot, if you’re reading this, it’s the young man who always wears a cap—the one who asked you for a balloon for the pool.)

    Très beau camping avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. Les animations se terminent un peu tôt et il n’y en a pas encore beaucoup, mais je pense qu’avec le temps cela s’améliorera et sa serait bien pour les jeunes. Malgré cela, je recommande ce camping sans hésiter. Un grand merci à Margot, qui a été exceptionnelle : toujours souriante, gentille et de bonne humeur. Continuez comme ça, c’est vraiment appréciable ! (margot si tu lis sa c’est le jeune homme qui a toujours sa casquette qui t’avais demander un ballons pour la piscine)
