    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    It’s actually a nice place. But be warned: no Wi-Fi.
    During our stay, a very loud event with DJ music and fireworks was announced at the neighboring lake. However, we weren’t informed of this either when we made the reservation or when we checked in.
    It wasn’t until the sound check began that afternoon that we realized how loud it was going … to be.
    Since we had a very anxious rescue dog with us, we had to act responsibly and cut our stay short. Even a spot in the back of the campground that was offered to us wouldn’t have been acceptable for our anxious dog.
    We had asked the front desk to see if, as a gesture of goodwill, it would be possible to refund the price due to the special circumstances.
    They assured us they would look into it and get back to us.
    Despite sending another written inquiry, we have received neither a response nor a refund. For this reason, I definitely cannot recommend the service at this campground.

    Eigentlich ein schöner Platz. Aber Achtung, ohne Wifi.
    Bei unserem Aufenthalt war eine sehr laute Veranstaltung mit DJ-Musik und Feuerwerk am benachbarten See angekündigt. Darauf wurden wir aber weder bei der Buchung, noch beim Einchecken hingewisen.
    Erst durch den schon nachmittags stattfindenden Soundcheck wurde uns die bevorstehende Lautstärke bewusst.
    Da wir eine sehr ängstliche Tierschutzhündin dabei hatten, mussten wir verantwortungsvoll handeln und den Aufenthalt abbrechen. Auch auf einem angebotenen hinteren Platz wäre das für die Angsthündin nicht vertretbar gewesen.
    Wir hatten die Rezeption gebeten zu prüfen, ob es im Rahmen einer Kulanz möglich sei, den Preis aufgrund der besonderen Situation zu erstatten.
    Man versicherte uns das zu prüfen und uns wieder eine Rückmeldung zu geben.
    Wir haben trotz noch mal schriftlicher Nachfrage weder eine Antwort, noch eine Erstattung erhalten. Aus diesem Grund kann ich den Service dieses Platzes definitiv nicht empfehlen.

    I stayed at this campground after seeing in previous reviews that there were complaints about the cold shower; one response was that they would do something about it!! However, that didn’t happen—we had also filed that complaint, as had our neighbors, and they said they would look into it, but a day later it was still the same. The website says … there’s Wi-Fi, but that isn’t available either. Furthermore, on the first night, there was no toilet paper anywhere, and no soap by the sink in the restroom; the toilet paper was restocked the next day, but not the soap.
    In short, I wouldn’t recommend visiting—they don’t care about the complaints.

    Gebruik gemaakt van de camping in eerdere reviews gezien dat er klachten waren over de koude douche, een reactie daarop was dat ze er wat aan zouden doen!! Echter dat gebeurd dus niet ook wij hadden die klacht neergelegd en de buren ook ze zouden er naar kijken, maar een dag later was het nog steeds hetzelfde, op de site staat dat er Wifi is maar ook dat is niet aanwezig verder was er de eerste avond nergens toiletpapier en ook geen zeep bij de wastafel van het toilet, papier is de volgende dag aangevuld maar geen zeep.
    Kortom geen aanrader om te bezoeken ze hebben maling aan de klachten.
