    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    I was charged 34 Euros for one person, one night in a tent. Although the pitch was large, shady and private my experience of the rest of the site meant that I consider this extremely poor value for money. More than double my average nightly camping cost for my 3 week trip.

    The facilities were adequate, no better. The site was busy and noisy. Worst of all the customer service was severely lacking; on arrival I was told I had to 'be quick' as the desk was closing. I was in no way being slow!

    I would not recommend this site for solo travellers or couples, despite what claims are made on the website.

    The manager really needs to do her job properly instead of going on vacation in the middle of the high season, leaving her office when a customer arrives and making them wait when they’ve traveled all that way and just want to relax, Frankly, zero maintenance—what a negative change since my last visit. Luckily, the trip with friends went well; otherwise, I would’ve left right away. People don’t necessarily clean up after doing their dishes, and when we spend time cleaning up, it gets filthy again immediately afterward… I’m really hoping for a radical change because I don’t think much of this campground.

    Il faudrait que la gérante fasse correctement son boulot au lieu de partir en vacances en pleine saison,de sortir de son bureau quand le client arrive et doit poireauter alors qu'il y a les km dans les pattes et veuilles se posé, l'entretien zéro franchement quel changement en négatif depuis ma dernière fois venue, heureusement que le séjour avec les amis c'est bien passé, sinon je repartais direct,les gens quand ils font leur vaisselle ne nettoie pas forcément,et quand nous on y passe du temps c'est dégueulasse aussitôt derrière... vivement du changement radical car je ne donne pas cher à ce camping

    Geen 5 sterren! Je denkt aan een meer te staan om te gaan zwemmen. 38 graden. In het meer kun je niet zwemmen. Allemaal waterplanten. Zwembad 1 juli, we waren in juni. We hadden voor 4 dagen betaald. We vertrokken na 2, omdat niet konden zwemmen. Op de camping geen geld terug. Ik heb seasonova aangeschreven hierover. Wat krijg je als antwoord. Niet onze schuld! En u was niet ziek of autopech. Men moet dit vermelden op de website! Grote foto van een prachtig meer, ook in de beschrijving staat: 100 meter van het meer! Het is zo'n groot bedrijf, wat kost om 40 euro terug te betalen en tevreden klanten over te houden. Vergissing. Hier komen we nooit meer!!
