    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    A terrible campground, stuck in the 1980s. Filthy restrooms with no toilet seats. You can't take a shower without making a huge mess. The campground is set to close in October 2026, but they might as well just close it right now....

    We camped here. The pool turned out to be closed until July 1, even though there are so many people here. There’s no bread service in the morning. The front desk doesn’t open until 2:00 p.m.
