    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Hello, A first for me in Haut de Saône. - No lights in the toilets, or maybe there were but we couldn't find any. - Shower jets too powerful and much too diffused (it goes in all directions). Otherwise clean, as are the toilets. - Shower lights not visible. - No choice of location. - Many holes on the site. No advertising for customers for the big event that took place in Vesoul (French drifting championship). It was thanks to the neighbors that we knew there was a national event in Vesoul. Warm welcome. Well located campsite.

    Bonjour, Une première pour moi en Haut de Saône. - Pas de lumières dans les toilettes ou peut-être qu'il y en avait mais on a pas trouvé. - Jets de douche trop puissant et beaucoup trop diffus ( ça part dans tout les sens). Sinon elles sont propres ainsi que les toilettes. - Lumières des douches non visible. - Pas le choix de choisir l'emplacement. - Beaucoup de troues sur l'emplacement. Pas de publicité pour les clients pour le grand évènements qui s'est déroulé sur Vesoul ( championnat de France de drift). C'est grâce aux voisins que nous avons savoir qu'il y avait un événement national sur Vesoul. Accueil chaleureux. Camping bien bien situé.

    good campsite with good pitches, well-maintained sanitary facilities, small sandy beach. Lots of outdoor games for children and adults. Possibility of a 1-hour bike tour of the lake. Cycle path to town with market and stores (3 km). Pleasant staff.

    Actually a nice location on the lake, unfortunately street noise at night. At the end of April only one wash house out of three was open and of these only the ladies' section - very full and unpleasant. In addition, everything was very unkempt and careless.
