    Cancellation Policy


    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Quiet, clean and well-shaded campsite. On the other hand, €25 for 24 hours seems a bit steep for the services on offer. The showers are far too hot, which means you can't cool off when it's 33°C (you can't adjust the temperature). The previous two days, I stayed at a 3-star campsite in Fréteval (le camping des deux étangs) offering a lake, petanque area, mini-golf, picnic tables, swimming pool, ping-pong tables and a bar with terrace. The pitches were very spacious, well shaded and bordered by small hedges. There were even shared gardens. In short, an excellent campsite, very quiet, in the middle of nature and perfectly maintained, for €14.90 without electricity and €17.90 with electricity.

Les douches sont beaucoup trop chaudes, ce qui ne permet pas de se rafraîchir lorsqu'il fait 33 °C (pas de possibilité de régler la température) Les deux jours précédents, j'étais dans un camping 3 étoiles à Fréteval (le camping des deux étangs)proposant un plan d'eau, un terrain de pétanque, un mini-golf, des tables de pique-nique, une piscine, des tables de ping-pong, ainsi qu'un bar avec terrasse. Les emplacements étaient très spacieux, bien ombragés et délimités par de petites haies. Il y avait même des jardins partagés. Bref, un excellent camping, très calme, en pleine nature et parfaitement entretenu, pour 14,90 € sans électricité et 17,90 € avec électricité.
