    • Cancellation up to 8 days before the vacation start date: A voucher worth 30% of the reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites, will be issued by the campsite. Any other amount paid by the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 3 months.

    • Cancellation from 7 days (inclusive) before the vacation start date: The customer must provide proof of cancellation. The campsite will issue a voucher for the total reservation amount, valid for a vacation until June 30 of the following season, at all Seasonova campsites.

  • Payment information

    A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of your stay.

    Actually a nice location on the lake, unfortunately street noise at night. At the end of April only one wash house out of three was open and of these only the ladies' section - very full and unpleasant. In addition, everything was very unkempt and careless.

    Eigentlich eine schöne Lage am See, leider nachts Strassenlärm. Ende April nur ein Waschhaus von drei geöffnet und davon nur die Damenabteilung - sehr voll und unangenehm. Zudem alles sehr ungepflegt und lieblos.

    Well located campsite by the lake. That the sanitary facilities for women are open not great! On top of that, no hot water! And a yellow bracelet must be worn as proof of residency at the campsite.
