Very nice site, the best of four we stayed at whilst in France. Lots of good clean facilities, good showers with hot water, nice pitches. Lovely people too. Only minor niggle was that there was rarely any staff to be found for food or drinks or coffees during the day.

I’ve been coming here for 42 years and don’t recognize myself in the reviews below. It’s a super laid-back campground—the sites are spacious, there’s a large lake with plenty of amenities, friendly staff, and clean showers. Yes, the kids’ pool is small, and it gets crowded in high season, but that’s when they need to make money. You have to wait a little longer for your pizza or burger—boo-hoo—but that’s the case everywhere it’s busy🫡 I’ve never seen a rat here. Highly recommended—a beautiful spot with everything nearby.

We spent 3 nights for over 700 € in an Ottawa chalet, and the service really didn’t live up to the price. The cleanliness was very disappointing; the place clearly looked like it had been through the end of the season. Maybe the housekeeping staff really needs a pep talk?
The chalet was also very poorly equipped for this price range: no water pitcher, no bottle opener, etc.
It’s a shame because the campground is very pleasant, well-maintained, and the pool is really fun for the kids. But at this price and for high-end accommodations, you clearly expect much better.

A nice campground in a quiet area. Supermarkets are nearby, though the village is pretty deserted. There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area. The grass was completely dry, but that’s not unusual in the summer. Some of the standard sites were considerably larger—almost as big as the larger sites—while our site was actually a bit cramped. There weren’t many RVs, which was nice, and the cabins are really set back toward the back of the campground. The pool was great, though it got crowded quickly. Especially when the lake was closed—we think it was due to a bacterial outbreak. However, that’s beyond their control. The restroom facilities could have been a lot cleaner. Toilet paper was also frequently out. The restaurant isn’t anything special. The pizzas are tasty but pricey, and the selection of beers and wines is limited and mostly organic. There are, however, plenty of fun and varied activities—if you look for them—for all ages. The playground is also fine, though the one by the lake is constantly in the sun and is actually way too hot during peak season. As for the rats mentioned in other reviews, we didn’t notice any at our specific spot, but we did see them in areas on the sides and near the small lake, including on some campsites.
