    Cancellations must always be submitted in writing, for example by email or registered letter with return receipt requested.

    • More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit and booking fee are non-refundable. Any balance already paid will be refunded.

    • Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: the deposit and booking fee are non-refundable. The balance will be converted into a credit for a future stay, which must be booked within one year of the original stay.

    • Less than 15 days before arrival: all amounts paid to the campground will be retained.

    The tourist tax is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • Payment information

    All reservation requests must be accompanied by:

    the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay, together with the cost of the services reserved, including VAT and, if applicable, also including tourist tax. However, the campsite may apply a different amount, which will be indicated in the Special Conditions, the payment of booking fees, the amount of which is specified in the Special Conditions for each campsite, cancellation insurance, if taken out. The reservation is only binding upon receipt by you of the written confirmation by e-mail, which summarizes all the information regarding your stay.

    The amount of the stay, together with the cost of the services booked, including VAT, and if applicable, the tourist tax, must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. If the balance is not paid by the aforementioned deadline, the stay will be considered cancelled and our cancellation policy as described below will apply.

    All reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless more favorable terms may be mentioned.

    Upon arrival, incorrect prices were charged, and FlowerPoints were deducted without my permission. Wi-Fi coverage was supposed to be optimal throughout the campground, but it didn’t work at all.
    The restaurant was supposed to be open on Wednesday evening, but no, it was closed. Correction: it opened later. A glance at the menu: all the salads … were crossed out, along with several other dishes. On top of that, there was a lingering smell of old oil and deep-frying—time to get out of there! A bit disappointing; for a Flowercamping, it’s subpar.

    Hello, I’ve stayed at the Camping des Genêts several times, back when Brigitte and Pascal were in charge, and I’ve never seen such a mess.
    No respect at the pool—the outdoor pool was so cold it was impossible to get in. Groups of kids left to their own devices—and probably the pool’s owners—were causing trouble everywhere. There was a hot tub … in the pool, they would even open the pool enclosure near the slide stairs to get more momentum before jumping into the pool, not to mention huge inflatable tubes and individual floats that had no business being there.
    The path lighting had many broken lights; the unlit path from the entrance leading to the restrooms had numerous holes in the ground,
    What a shame to see young staff members sweeping up leaves only to have them back in the same spot 10 minutes later, restrooms being used as phone booths after 11:00 PM, restroom users being disrespectful to the staff, etc....
    Kudos, however, to the housekeeping team for taking care of the very young guests and the evening entertainers.

    Bonjour, j'ai séjourné à de plusieurs reprises au camping des Genêts, à l'époque de Brigitte et Pascal, je n'ai jamais vu un tel merdier.
    Aucun respect dans la piscine, piscine extérieure était tellement froide qu'il etait impossible de rentré dans l'eau, des rassemblements de jeunes livré à eux même et probablement propriétaires de la piscine, ça saurait dans tous les coins, du jacuzzi dans la piscine, il arrivait même d'ouvrir l'abri de piscine au niveau de l'escalier des toboggans pour prendre plus d'élans pour finir dans la piscine, sans oublier d'énormes saucisses gonflable et individuelle qui n'avait rien à faire là.
    L'éclairage de chemins avec de nombreux luminaires HS, le chemin d'accès non éclairé de l'entrée pour aller vers les sanitaires et avec de nombreux trous au sol,
    Quelle dommage de voir des jeunes au travail balayé des feuilles pour les revoir 10 minutes après revenues au même endroit, des sanitaires qui servent de cabine de téléphone après 23:00, les utilisateurs des sanitaires irrespectueux du personnel etc....
    Bravo néanmoins au équipe d'encrassement pour les très jeunes et les animateurs de soirées.

    The cleanliness of the restroom facilities does not meet the standards of a four-star campground.
    We had to clean up dog waste from our assigned site. Dog waste was also visible on other vacant sites. This is completely unacceptable, and for that reason, we cannot recommend this campground!!!

    Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen entspricht nicht einem VierSternePlatz.
    Auf dem zugewiesenen Stellplatz mussten wir Hundekot entfernen. Auch auf anderen freien Stellplätzen war Hundekot zu sehen. Das geht gar nicht und deshalb können wir den Platz nicht weiter empfehlen!!!

    Very dirty chalet, lots of cobwebs, and understaffed cleaning crews. We had to ask for the welcome kit. Storage space is minimal.
    Lots of dogs running loose, and the parking lot has turned into a dog-poop mess!
    Fortunately, all the staff are pleasant.

    Chalet très sale, toiles d'araignée nombreuses, équipes de nettoyage restreintes. Le kit d'entree a dû être réclamé. Les rangements sont minimalistes.
    Beaucoup de chiens non tenus en laisse et le parking est devenu un cani-crotte !
    Heureusement l'ensemble du personnel est agréable.
